Could not have wished for a better experience. Jack is a very helpful, honest, approachable and knowledgeable man. Taking the time to explain what he is doing to rectify any issues, giving general engine/motoring advice and showing you what has come off of your car and what is going back in. I will be using him again in the very near future for some other bits and pieces as he is very competitively priced and most importantly gives you confidence that the work will be done to the highest of standards. Very efficient and polite.

I've used Wyatts three times in the past year and they've been fantastic on every occasion. Our cars have had brake pads replaced, 2 x MOT and service, and a timing chain replacement. Jack has proven himself knowledgeable, friendly, honest and an all round top mechanic! Will definitely continue to use and would highly recommend.

Never had the best experience with garages butJack is a very helpful, honest, approachable and knowledgeable man and he took the time to explain what he is doing to my car and what could be the problem with it and showing me what has come off of the car and what he is replacing. I will be using him again, what an excellent experience I've had with him. He is very competitively priced and most importantly gives you confidence that the work will be done to the best standard and not like some of theses other Garages that day they done the work but haven't.

Audi A5 full service. Very happy with the service. Jack explained all parts that he was going to change which were all Audi approved. Previous service in book had said Fuel filter had been changed. But Jack wanted to check and found original Audi filter still in place.. at 60k miles he has now changed it. I will be using Wyatts Automotive again.

I used Wyatts mobile service for a cambelt and bolt change on my Seat Leon FR today 4/5/22. I strongly recommend using them for all your cars needs. From first contact to payment it was a very pleasant, friendly and professional service. Jack went above and beyond which included being shown the old parts taken out, detailed description of the work that was going to be carried out, checked and double checked everything on completion. I will 100% be using their services again. Give them a call and you won’t be disappointed. Very competitive pricing that beat the main dealerships. Always found jack from wyatts automotive to be the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic in Colchester, taken a few of my cars of different makes to him over the years for things like diagnostics and services etc and he has always been able to fix any problem I have ever had compared to mechanics in the past which would charge me hundreds in diagnosing my cars to not even find the problem.

Had a running issue with with no obvious faults (no EML/fault codes), got booked in next day and JACK was sent out. Absolutely amazing customer service was outstanding, professional, honest and really knew what was what. Given the situation of no codes leading to the problem he left no stone unturned. I also raised the fact I was training to be a vehicle mechanic and he went out of his was to describe and show me everything he was doing and spared no detail ! Would 110% recommend more than happy with the service that was provided.

I had my service done with VW, where I was told that my front and rear brake pads and discs needed to be replaced. I knew this was a big job however the price they quoted was ridiculous. I searched around and found Wyatt’s where I got in touch with Jack who was more than helpful and quoted me which was very reasonable. Jack responded very quickly to my phone call after i found out my car battery had died. He arrived when we said he would with all the correct parts in his van and had me back up and running 10 minutes after arriving. He only used good quality parts and was very friendly to talk to. Icing on the cake, he noticed another potential unrelated issue which was brought to my attention and is going to be looked at in the future. He's made a customer for life. I've already recommended him to my colleagues and friends.
