My car broke down and got it recovered at Bodmin autos. Did not manage to get in contact with the place till after about 3 days rang up and explained to the bloke what had happened and he agreed to look at my car and repair it on such short notice. Was very good at communicating throughout and would recommend to anyone to come here for their repairs

I took my car to Bodmin Autos for it's first MOT last year and was pleased with the service so when my catalytic converter was stolen I had no hesitation in taking it back to be fixed. I left my car with them and was given a quote for a replacement converter. When Ramzan called me a few days later to pick the car up he told me that when they'd got it on the ramp they could see that the catalytic converter was still attached - only the silencer was missing. So instead of a hefty bill I was only charged for the missing part. How many garages would have told me that I wonder and taken the opportunity to make some easy money? I would never have known. I can wholeheartedly recommend Abdul, Ramzan and the team who are honest, upfront and transparent with their customers. They give you a quote before starting any work and take photos of what they have done. They are more than fair on price and really look after their customers. I won't take my car anywhere else.

This garage was recommended to me by a colleague. They were able to fit me in the next day, allowed me to drop off my car early so I could get to work, and kept me informed through the day. The mechanic noticed a different problem while he was fitting my brake pads, so they sent me a video of it. I thought this was fantastic. I had an overheating car on a Saturday and luckily found this garage near where I stopped. The garage kindly looked at my car and gave me advise within the hour. I decided to use breakdown cover to get back home but would have had to wait 5 hours for a recovery truck so I booked the car in for further diagnostics instead. The staff were polite and Abdul the owner offered us coffee inside, which was a nice touch. On Monday morning, he updated me with the diagnostics results, which turned out to be a waterpump failure. He gave me quotes for the replacement part and a very reasonable labour cost. The car was ready the next day and he picked me up from the train station. He also checked the very same evening whether I had got home safely and that the car was still fine. Hands down, this was the best customer service I have experienced from a garage. I would highly recommend Bodmin Autos.

Used bodmin auros when the engine management light came on in my car. Called bodmin autos and they kept me updated. They were excellent. They checked the car and replaced the spark plugs and cleaned rather than replaced the coils. This saved me £100. This is the first garage in 38 years of driving that has not tried to make money by doing unnecessary work. I am so impressed and will use them for all cars repairs, mots and services in the future. I then took it to bodmin autos who looked at the car, fixed what needed to be fixed at what was a extreamly fair price and redone my MOT for me! Am a returning customer and what great service. Picked my car up from work to carry out engine diagnostics and car was returned same day free of charge! Repairs needed looked like my car had to go to a main dealer. However, these guys worked through the problems and after a lot of time and effort on their part, were able to fix my car. My experience at Bodmin Autos was one were the level of customer service, went beyond my expectations. The repairs to my vehicle were carried out and indeed completed, before the date given. I am extremely happy with the quality of work that was carried out. I would recommend Bodmin to all my family and friends. But above all what I'd like to say is that ,I was always under the impression that I had to get my vehicle repaired from the insurances appointed vehicle repairers. The most honest & trustworthy garage I have ever come across in 25 years. Also open on Saturdays for MOTs. They are proficient in many topics. The owner & chief mechanic will talk with you personally. They have worked on on all of my cars, AMG MERCEDES, M5, & my wife's BMW 330. Once they even fixed a brake problem I had for free. However, I refused to accept this of course!! Whole heartedly recommended.

Had a leaking gasket and warped shaft. The price was fair and he kept me updated with photos of what parts he was replacing.
