Reliable, efficient and friendly service. One of the cheapest in the city but does not compromise on quality. My car had full servicing with no problems and they were genuinely happy to do the mot despite the short notice and said yes without hesitation. Will definitely come back again.

Fantastic customer care. Always so polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them. Fitted me in really quickly for rattling noise from breaks and on inspection they found that calliper was loose and car wasn’t safe to drive, which other garage was unable to pick. When I receive such excellent customer service as I did today from Chapmans I believe this is one way of showing appreciation. Well done. I always use Chapmans for any works needed on my car as I know I recieve honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price.

I can't say enough good things about my experience I had with Chapmans. I had a few jobs that needed doing on my car with an mot to finish. I needed the work done in a day so the guys at Chapmans worked till late on discs, pads, repairing damage, sourcing and collecting a tyre and passing an mot with a few extras thrown in. Brought my car in for a service, mot and some diagnostic work. The lads did an excellent job, were able to book me in at short notice and get the job done very quickly for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be bringing my car here back for any work required and would highly recommend them to anyone else that needs work doing on there car.

Dropped the car in for a full service, timing belt and water pump. Very pleased to have been welcomed by Dan in a friendly and accommodating manner. During the works he astutely noted my crankshaft seal was leaking and advised replacing at the same time as timing belt to save doing the same work twice (the best part about this is he took the time to show me the defect rather than just saying "its bad" and were happy to evidence). The decision to complete this additional work was comfortably left entirely at my own choice with no pressure to instruct. I did proceed with recommended and all the work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. I fully recommend this garage and it is worthy of 5 stars +!. Dan made sure he was available all the time and gave advice fairly and promptly - exceptional value for money and a very happy customer! I will 100% go back for all my motoring needs going forward. My car had a red engine light on. Took it to garage and the quoted £250 to get the dpf cleaned. But instead I chose to do it here for only £80, and the staff clearly explained everything and took their time to explain. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this garage if you have any dpf faults.

A really good experience. My car went in for a service. Everything was explained by the owner. They even showed me how the diagnostic system works and advised me on what work needs to be done on my car. They advised me on what is urgent and what can wait. Great staff friendly and very helpful I went in for a car service, I also wanted my ignition coils changed as one was misfiring. I decided to change them all and bought the parts my self from eurocarparts thinking its going to be cheaper and easier. I went in for the service and found out the parts were not compatible with my car (I had bought the wrong ones). The staff were really friendly and got on the phone straight away to order the correct parts at a better price than I had purchased. After they had arrived they fitted and carried out the full service to the highest standards. I waited at the garage whilst they were carrying out the service. Nice clean waiting area with entertainment. I was really pleased with the service I received would highly recommend this place. I know where to go if I ever need any work done on my car.

Chose this garage because I wanted a more personal experience than what you get at the big chain ones and I was not disappointed. I got a detailed report for the major service I booked, Daniel explained and showed me the issues that were found along the way and offered me genuine advice rather then trying to impose extras as some places do. Staff is friendly as well; I was offered tea and to top it all they replaced a rear brake light for free - who else does that? It's the little things like that or re-pressurising even the spare wheel, combined with a very good value for money service that convinced me I will definitely be going back.

The owner mentioned they are new owners but the place has been there a while and they are trying to build up a good reputation. I took my Peugeot 207 for a much overdue service. I dropped the car in the morning and collected after work. Around lunch time I had a call advising that there were a couple of small jobs which were advisory (carbon filter and spark plugs). I was given a price and agreed for them to complete the work. The man showed me the replacement parts when I collected the car which reassured me. The next day I took my car to Alton towers (about and hour away). I broke down because the engine coolant had leaked. I phoned the garage and they assured me they would rectify this for free as they would not let a car leave their garage with a coolant leak. They kindly collected the car a few days later and left me with a courtesy car. They completed the repairs (a damaged coolant pipe) and dropped my car back home for free. When the car broke down I was obviously frustrated but Chapman's turned this possible negative experience into a very positive one with their costumer service.

Very gud approch...had a problem in my insignia ishhhhh noise while brakeing, and cornering and my fan is always on. Checked with dealer ship since i always go to dealer ship but they couldnt solve the issue just chaneged the pads .and charged me lot...I tried chapman garage first time ...focused on high quality....went into details on the problem with proof..have done my brake disk done, brake fluid and thermostat changed..they have done proper diagnostics found the reason for the problem and repair in front of me ...absolutely mint...very gud customer service....I highly recommend....how ever matched the compatitive price so happy....I will use them here after....
