Overall a great experience with effective communication and comprehensive explanations about the work completed. I would say however that I wasn’t impressed with the supposed clean that they offered as part of the service. The car came back in the same condition it was delivered in - not filthy but not spotless either. If you’re going to advertise this as part of the service then it’s probably best to fulfil this to manage customer expectations.

Listers Audi Coventry did the MOT on my Audi. From the moment I arrived, staff were courteous and attentive. Advice on diagnostics and any possible replacements was emailed to me with photos, and explained face to face by a member of staff. Someone else also brought frequent tea and biscuits while I was waiting. Nothing was done without my understanding the implications and the cost. And the final bill was far less than I was expecting. So all in all a very impressive service.

Visit No1:
They updated the emissions software without asking and now I am noticing a drop in power and MPG! not good AUDI!! *
Visit No2: MOT, waited there for almost 3 hours, offered everyone a drink that walked in through the door but not me? because of my colour? felt like that. *
Visit No3: Had MOT done, very smooth this time. Tehreem was great, kept me informed throughout. overall a very pleasant experience. ****

Fantastic customer service throughout visit from Mark my appointed service advisor along with the front of house team. From initial contact at reception along with being kept well informed and looked after throughout my time at the Coventry branch. Keep up the fantastic work 5/5 experience 👌

Pleasant staff. Helpful in allowing me to use remote working space (Internet, power etc), served with tea and croissant.
Car was having a complementary 12month visual inspection. Was told I would receive a video report of the inspection, but nothing has been received 3 working days later.
Raised the issue of the faulty MMI system, but will have book the car in for 2 days for this issue to be looked at, with no guarantee of success.

Used Coventry Audi for an MOT. Had a while-you-wait appointment. Staff were so courteous and kind, making sure I had everything I needed. And the person managing the MOT was really good, too. He kept me informed at every stage. Really good service experience. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly Nick the driver was excellent he was so thoughtful and customer focused. He is Amazing! When our car was ready Gemma from service rang and to our surprise she said we had to pay for our MOT which we knew was covered in our warranty plan. She started to argue the fact that Audi don’t cover the MOT. I suggested she gets her information right before she calls customers wanting the incorrect balance. She then rang back and confirmed MOT was included in our warranty….. rest my case. I would suggest she goes on a training program so she doesn’t upset other customers in future. Thanks Nina Mistry

Firstly I would like to say that I have been going to Coventry Audi for years , and have always had a good customer service . The staff on reception and service are some of the friendliest, and professional people I know. Having said this unfortunately I doubt I will be taking my car back to Audi Coventry.
The reason being the exorbitant prices they charge . I had a brake fluid change on this visit . The cost was £85 . I was quoted £76.90 to replace a clamp holding the middle section of the exhaust together and other costs which was just too much .Its a shame the prices are so high , but I guess that's what you get from a main dealer . I will be getting the work done far cheaper at a local independent garage with Audi parts

The car was needed for a full day, cambelt, water pump, tyres, and service.
The courtesy car was equivalent to mine and had plenty of fuel, the service team were knowledgeable, polite, pleasant to deal with and kept me informed through the process. The entire experience was exactly what I would expect from a premium brand and was as efficient and painless as it could possibly be.

My car went in for an annual service. All work was completed on time & to a high standard. It was cleaned inside and outside as well. The engine is definitely quieter and smoother and braking is better too.

Went in with a dpf warning light problem. Have previously been to another garage to rectify this problem but they couldn't help and suggested going to Audi. They charged £60 for a half hour check and concluded that I need to book in another hour at £170 to do further checks to find the fault?? I don't understand what they did in the half hour?? Probably had a cup of tea and then called me back!!
