I brought my car for a major service and an MOT. There were some misunderstandings at the beginning which were solved amicably. The team performed an excellent and professional job. When I brought my car for the service, it was okay, but after the service it was running so well. It was as if it was a new car. The team is passionate about their job and they ensure that you leave the place smiling. I am so happy with the job they performed on my car. The Dack Team are a cut above the rest. Well done team. I have a Landrover discovery 4 with a suspension fault. Dack Motor Group, quickly identified the fault, ( The compressor was giving up the ghost ! ) this was something other garages I visited found hard to identify. So, after a vehicle heath check, they quickly booked the vehicle in for repairs , kept me informed at all times and the cost was very reasonable. Top service, great communication, I would 100% recommend using Dack Motor Group.

Car booked in for MOT l was running slightly late due to heavy traffic road works but Dack waited for me. I was greeted pleasantly by Shirley who took my keys for the MOT. Whilst waiting l was asked if l would like a tea or coffee. Overall good experience at Dack.

Booked a service, MOT and Aircon check. After a failed MOT for wipers and brake fluid the repairs and services were carried out and the Aircon working again. Recepionistvwas ver efficient and knowledgeable and kept me fully informed on progress throughout the day. The total bill was very fair for the work carried out and I will certainly return for any future services and repairs. Very professional company.

Hired a Luton van for three days. Ten minutes to get the van having been told what information they need, from the lovely Anna, with just the right balance of professional care and friendly banter.the van was clean and ready to go. No issues on the trip drop off was just as easy Anna asked if there was any problems to look at so they could check before it went out again which I thought was reassuring. Great service would be first choice again if I needed to hire again in the area.

We booked the car for an issue check after the warning light appeared in the dashboard of our Golf V SE car. The service was brilliant, we got the courtesy car (Toyota Aygo 2017 model), which is based on a rental type policy (perfectly fine for us, because we got a very good replacement car) and the next day we got the full report (it was ready in the same day, but we could not make it in time). The explanations where in detail and made simple so that non-technical people like us will understand it. The Staff is professional and patient with the client. We then re-booked to fix one of the issues found (btw they are the first service to find real faults in our car) and again the car was ready in no time and as an extra service (a very pleasant surprise) they washed and cleaned the car 😊. We are very pleased with Dack Motor Group, we highly recommend it and we will bring our business to it from now on.

Working round the corner they were amazing at getting my car done and ready for when I finished and they weren't too busy for a chat! Plus they washed my car for me which was very kind especially as it had been snowing :D I would definitely recommend you (and I already have to my colleagues - I believe a couple of them have already been in to you). Let's be frank, modern-day Land Rovers are extremely complicated machines, that cost a lot of money to put right when they go wrong. You need a mixture of both competent genuine mechanics and the right software rather than the standard/universal which diagnoses little and this kind of software is generally found only at Main Dealers. Unfortunately, the aforementioned charge a fortune just to look at the vehicle, let alone diagnose and repair. So what options are there? Not a lot frankly.....until I found Dack Coventry. This very professional operation not only has access to Dealer level software, they are able to diagnose and repair at a fraction of the cost of their Main Dealer neighbours a mile up the A45. A friendly, efficient and helpful operation, with fully transparent pricing, nothing hidden, and a pleasant bunch of people who clearly take pride in their workmanship. Plus they clean your vehicle free of charge as well! Will I be using them again? You bet!! A great experience, keep it up.

Got recovered here by the RAC after my alternator went on my C Max. I was due to commence a long drive to Cornwall that afternoon but that had to wait until the next day. Dack repaired the vehicle by 11.30 am and I was on the road by lunchtime. I was very well looked after and they repaired the vehicle very quickly. You can't be too happy paying £350 all in for it this close to Christmas but that's just bad luck. Dack's customer service was spot on and I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Sean quite late in the week to book oil service and inspection on my BMW and he fitted me in on Saturday morning . If I ever buy a garage I am going to poach him from Dack, exceptional service and knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. A conscientious and polite guy.

After looking for days for a highly rated garage on the internet to sort out my car (AUDI A6 AVANT ) I stumbled onto this Dack motors group, and I'm very glad I did. The very pleasant and very knowledgeable front desk receptionist Amy and Helen , guided me through the work I was looking to do ( brake pads and discs all round) gave me a very competitive price including vat and labour * NOTE no hidden prices here !! And even sent text reminders of date time for booking, handy to have to get time off work during working day. Andy the owner is extremely pleasant to deal with and I know this sounds cliche but him and his staff go out of their way to make sure you are aware of everything that is goin to happen so again no nasty last minute surprises. They even go out of their way to do minor alterations if you ask...ie unblock a windscreen water jet ..and yet no "extra charges " . My car is only 5 yrs old yet I have now issues with getting ALL MY services done with DACK MOTOR GROUP COVENTRY and more importantly I have absolutely NO ISSUES IN RECOMMENDING THIS GARAGE to everyone that's willing to listen. I am a girly-girl when it comes to cars. I wouldn't know a cam-staft from a drive-belt. However, I am not one that can be easily fooled. What Sean and his team did was show me in a video, sent to my email address what was actually wrong with my car. When you can see that Part A was attached to Part B and is no longer, you know that it needs fixing.
