Contacted the garage last week and arranged to take my van in to have my brake pads checked. Rang Danny the owner at 10-30am today and told him I couldn't wait as I feared they were worse then I thought. I had them fixed and was back on the road by 2pm. Absolutely fantastic service . I have lived in Coventry my whole life but never knew this garage was a couple of streets away so I decided to be brave and try it out after going to someone in nuneaton for years that retired. I was wary as there's so many places that rip you off but honestly they have given me the best service. This is my 3rd year mot with them and the first two years passed first time with minor advisories. The garage is always spotless, Dan I'm guessing is the manager and very kind, polite to talk to and happy to answer any questions. The young man mechanic takes me out to the car every time and physically shows me any issues and is very clear about what needs to be done which I value! Unfortunately my poor Vauxhall zafira is old and in need of lots of repairs this year so I'm deciding whether to move on and buy something else but I'll continue to use this garage for as long as they are in business. MOT IS WORSE THAN THE DENTIST.. However having purchased my car and all prior mot's done here it's a no brainer to bring it back. My name is Vasile Dalban, i am working in London and i recently moved up to Coventry. I am,yet, driving around Coventry with the satnav and i barelly know this town.The other day my car broke down and the car is vital to me as a everyday commuter to London.So i made a search in google and i call this garage to fix the car. I am used with garages from London...where they sense your lack of mecanical knoledge and ripp you off. I was just lucky to find this guys after the bad luck of the car breaking down, they fix my car with much less then i was expecting to pay. This garage is not greassy full of oil speals and pieces of broken cars everywhere, you can see from the moment you enter the door that you are dealing with a real bussines and not a "doddgy corner garage" All i can say is that if you have a bad day and your car let you down...best place to get it fixed without worryes is this place. Just visit them before you shoot yourself in the leg going to a strange "oil-everywhere repair garage".
