Excellent and personable service, very professional, great communication and above and beyond in terms of customer care. I dealt with Nigel and received continuity as I was not in the local area and had purchased a vehicle known to the garage. He arranged collection of the vehicle from the seller, MOT, repair, replacements etc. He supported me to register the vehicle online in my name and get the paper work in order. I travelled via train to collect the vehicle and he collected me from the station and was flexible due to train delays. He offered me refreshments and guided me to the motorway for my journey home.

Excellent Garage as we Originally Started with his Father's Garage & after his Father' retired his Son has taken Over. I took my company vehicle in for an MOT today after arranging it with the lease company. On arrival I discovered that the lease company had not booked in the MOT with the garage! Windsor were more than accommodating and were still able to do the MOT. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and professional and I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend this garage to everyone!

Absolutely fantastic service. Booked in for an mot, all staff was so friendly and polite. The lady on the desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. A very professional experience. Got my vehicle in within 2 days. Diagnosis, rectification and Road tests all completed same day. Vehicle ready for collection 8am following morning. Reasonably competitive price and overall very happy. All staff were friendly and respectful.

I have used the Windsor Garage in Coventry several times but today's visit was unexpected. Unfortunately on leaving the supermarket I discovered I had a flat tyre which obviously needed replacing. I drove straight to the Windsor Garage and explained the situation. They asked if I had a spare wheel which i did and they took the punctured wheel off and said they would order a tyre, fit it and advise me tomorrow when I could go and have it re-fitted to my car. I was very pleased with the service and assistance I received. A very good place for vehicle maintenance of all kinds. Highly recommended.

Excellent service provided by members of staff there receptionist was professional and polite and managed to get a mechanic help me straight away with my battery problem. Mechanic was very knowledgeable and new what was needed straight away really helpful and explained what he was doing as he did it would highly recommend and will definitely be using again

Needed urgent window repair, my own garage and the RAC couldnt help so I phoned up and they said they can't promise to be able to fix it but would take a look if I could drop it off despite them not having any official booking slots available. They had looked at it and fixed it within a few hours. So helpful on the phone and really friendly. Definitely my new go to garage in Cov.

Had an emergency brake problem with my VW, while visiting Coventry. Phone them up and they fitted me in with no problem. The issue turned out need some extra parts but they ordered them in and they were delivered immediately. From phone call to leaving workshop with a safely working car 2½ hours, which include ½ hour drive to the workshop. Other workshops could fit me in next week. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you.

Following a breakdown on the M6, the recovery contractor appointed by AA recommended Windsor and we were recovered there. Under a tight schedule to make the ferry from Liverpool to Belfast, we were treated like royalty and our van diagnosed and repaired with great care and effort. A fantastic garage staffed by truly wonderful people who know their Fords.

Used Windsor garage 6 weeks ago for 1st time to fix wife's poorly BMW. Service was excellent so when back this week for MOT/service combined(great value when done together).Once again super service with minimum off road time on a car that I used for commuting. Early morning guy ,Nigel I think? was most helpful and friendly . I would highly recommend this place.

Dropped the car in for a full service but additional faults were found due to the car not being used for a year. Needed the injectors looking at and this was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Nigel and the team were all friendly and explained things to me along the way. The fact I will be going back with any further issues speaks for itself. If you have any issues with your car just take it to these guys.

Can't reccomend highly enough-We live the other side of the city but it is worth the travelling-First class service from Lisa at reception to all the workforce-Have complete trust in them which is more than you can say for a lot of garages! i have dealt with this garage for several years and cannot give enough praise to the mechanics the staff on the desk as you go in with your vehicles. I have at least 40 minibuses serviced and repaired at this garage and they cannot do enough to help me anytime at the shortest of notice they will sort my problems out every time. I could not say a bad thing about this garage or its staff.
