n. m.I was 100 miles from home and a warning light and loss of power appeared on my car. I called in here without an appointment and they checked my car over and even topped up the oil- "No charge Sir! you're safe to continue you're journey." What very nice friendly efficient and spotlessly clean people and garage.

Was warned they may be more pricey than my usual garage (not the one with the dreadful experience) but actually upon enquiring they were slightly cheaper. Have so far dealt with Millie and Matt over the phone and Micky face to face. The service from all three was highly courteous and professional. It was the first time I’d used XL. It certainly won’t be the last. Highly recommended!

L. H.Absolutely excellent garage!!!! I went for the first time with a minibus which needed repair. Lots of garages were too small but this place was just right. Amazingly clean and tidy with easy access off the main road. Micky the Sales Manager was mega helpful. Customer service was first rate. I will be going back!
T. S.Exceptional Service, Had a few issues (quite serious ones) following a repair job done by my insurance "approved" repair garage/ center. Took it to XL to have it looked at from another point of view. I was helped by the senior manager Kevin Huntbach who gave me the most outstanding service and quality of repairs that had to be done due to the extremely below average job my insurances approved placed did. Kev even took videos of the issue he found and sent them to me so i was able to show my insurance. Could not recommend Kev and the XL motors team high enough.

S. W.As a support worker out in the community 24/7 i need my car but was worried where to go because of social distancing , this was not a problem here the staff are using ppe and also taking every precaution possible .
my car was checked over and fixed so i could go back to work the next day. The staff was very polite well mannered and couldn't do enough for me also they gave me lots of advice to help with my car and very reasonably priced .

J. O.I recently booked in to get a fog light replaced, after a animal had collided with the car I did mention my horn was not working. The light was replaced and Ben Carroll who I booked it in with, could not do enough and found the fault on the horn, just a wire had come off. I had booked the car into the main dealers thinking it was a warranty fault. great work.
