Derby branch provided excellent service when I needed a new clutch at short notice two days before I was due to go holiday to Cornwall. Did 900 miles whilst on holiday and the clutch was perfect. The cost was reasonable particularly as it was stressed to me, upfront, that only the parts that needed replacing would be replaced. I was quoted twice as much from another place who wanted to change everything without investigating first.

I went with A1 Clutches as they were the cheapest. Not only did my car need a new clutch but, as suspected, also a new fly wheel. Friendly service and excellent quote. Once work was done there were issues with the clutch housing mount so I had to take the car back to A1 but it was sorted ASAP and at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. That was over 4000 miles ago and car going well, I would totally recommend them and use them again myself.

Laura Had clutch replacement, cylinder and fly wheel. Very quick to fix and nice people. Gave me a courtesy car too so had no disruption whilst they had my car. Would highly recommend this garage.

We had our van clutch replaced and collected it but after driving it home realised it was barely drivable due to gear selection issue. Returned it to garage and left it for a few days. Not sure if they did anything. Returned again later for a test drive to show that it was undrivable and the guy agreed with us. Left it another week and finally we have a driveable Van after much more expenditure to replace gear selector. Been a bit of a saga to be honest so don't think I'll be back here,

Took my car in last week as my clutch was slipping badly. I visited a branch of A1 clutches in Tipton, i got same day service and it was done really quickly. I have a Renault Clio that needed a new clutch. The prices were very competetive i will be going there again for any future work that needs to be done.

Red Audi A1 clutch and slave cylinder excellent I was at first reluctant to look at taking my car anywhere but my local garage but I rang around and found this company very compatable on price..... This is where I was shocked to find that yes we can do it straight away... Yes you can have it back the same day (is there really a service like this around that can drop my gearbox and change the clutch and slave cylinder the same day... YES) the RAC dropped it off with them and was called early afternoon to tell me my car was ready to collect!! I was astounded PRICING- VERY COMPETITIVE👍 SERVICE- SECOND TO NONE 👍 WARRANTY- GIVEN AND EXCELLENT👍 RECOMEND TO PEOPLE - YES👍 Well done guys And collection easy with all covid rules in place and being adhered to If you are reading this review and are looking for a reliable company to take your car then give them a call you may be as surprised as I was....

Clutch change on my Hilux 2004 MK5. They weren't defeated by this rusty old tank and it drives beautifully now. Well informed service and updated me about some snapped bolts on gear box, and was told about an increase in price due specialist Helicoil needed on 4 bolts prior to going ahead with the work. Very pleased and will go back when a job becomes to big for myself. A**
