The staff are honest, fair, friendly and, most importantly, proficient and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and they can always fit you quickly in when you need something doing. I highly recommend this garage.

B. F.Went here for the first time today. Had a full service and had a diagnostic to identify a problem I was having. Within a short time I had a call saying he'd discovered the issue and could fix it that day and that my sevice was already completed. Great prices and second to none customer service. This is the only garage I'll be using from now on.
S. 5.I cannot speak highly enough of this garage. I was quoted absolutely ludicrous prices from another garage for a dpf clean and was told if it was that, it's always something more pricey to fix. Aaron's autos did tell me that but the dpf clean was a fifth of the price than what the other garage quoted, and the sensor that also need to be replaced the other garage also told me that would be a lot more expensive than Aaron's autos charged. Honest reliable and quıck. Very much appreciated.

F. H.I have used this place twice now and I think this will be my official mechanic. Got helpful advice before making any decision. Wasn't pushed into doing something that wasn't needed and even if I suspected that the car has a faulty system they would check and tell me that it was ok. Other places will jump at the opportunity to rip you off but not this place.
L. B.Wow..... first class service you can really appreciate. My Clio 197 ball joints had gone and the car was feeling horrible. I was given a huge quote of £2000 from the main dealer but these guys really sorted me out. With only a days notice they managed to sort it and turn it around within half a day for only £350. Great service.
The experience really shows when you get talking to them. Not pushy at all. They really know the Renualt Sport range. But I guess this shows with their racing success. They even have the trophy cabinet to prove it.

C. C.Another visit to Aarons Autos, this time my wife's Golf's cam belt change at a massive saving over main dealer rates. All done very efficiently and professionally as usual. On this occasion I did have to contact them after collecting the car to find out why it was going so much better than when I took it in, and it turned out that they had realised it wasn't running as it should due to the DPF needing to regenerate and fixed that without even mentioning it (or charging for it). Frankly, their communication, knowledge and attention to detail far exceeds that of the main dealers I have dealt with in the past and I can recommend them without hesitation.

I think it's fair to say that this is one if the best car garages in Derby (if not the best) nice guys to talk and the quality of work is fantastic and the prices are hard to beat. I take my VW GOLF to them and they do a top notch job every time. Even my dad has changed to this garage after I recommend them. 5 stars all day long.....

P. B.Found Aarons Autos when searching for a solution for the common lower ball joint issue with My Megane RS250. They saved me over £800 compared to my local dealer. I found all the staff to be friendly and informative and I observed them take care of other customers very well. Even more impressively they stuck to their quote and did the job under the time quoted with no messing about or excuses.

p. a.I drove a 160 mile round trip to see Aaron Autos about a knocking sound I had with my Clio 197. They diagnosed it pretty accurately over the phone and gave me confidence that they would sort the issue when I drove over. The guy's in there definitely know their stuff when it comes to Renaultsport cars and I would recommend them 100%.
s.Great service from these guys today, sorted the swivels on my Clio 200. Dropped it off first thing, headed into Derby to shop and it was all sorted by lunch. Highly recommended. :)

Y.ive been here twice now after speedys not doung the job they were meant too and ive been very happy both times. had tracking done which was perfect ( i had previously been to speedys 4 times for the same issue which they could not fix but still charged me £150 for then told me there was something wrong with my car which there wasnt and they couldnt fix it) . Today i had a tyre repaired there was a nail in it ( again i had been to speedys as had a guarentee on the tyre for free repairs a month ago and it was never repaired as slowly going down) the guy at aarons explained the issue and fixed it, he also pointed out that the tyre didnt look like it had been off or repaired which makes sence as when i had taken it to speedys a month ago i notice that one of my pressure indicator dust caps was missing and replaced with a regular one, but not on the tyre that should have been done , which means speedys had fixed a tyre that had no puncture. i know where i will be going from now on!! thank you aarons autos you have gained 2 new customs ( my partner will also use you in future)
