When a VIP client came to town our imperfections on our car needed looking at. After meeting with the owner, and him giving us his expert feedback on what needed to be done, we decided to follow his recommendations. With great communication and a detailed plan of what could be achieved at an affordable rate, we now have our beautiful Porsche Tycan back to its showroom standard. We are happy to say we will recommend this honest reliable company to all our clients.

I used C.A.R.S due to a bump in my car in 2021 and they did an absolute fantastic job, they were friendly and professional. They gave me use of a car whilst mine was being done, which as I am a community nurse was great. I even got a bottle of wine left in my car when I collected it. They dealt with my insurance and made everything so easy for me. Then recently I returned to them as the paint had come off the bonnet and I wondered if it was due to their work, it turns out I had some more damage which had caused the paint to come away. Despite it not being a fault of theirs they corrected the damage completely free of charge!! It's a shame they don't do all car repairs! They are the most friendliest garage I've been to, and will not hesitate in recommending and using them again.

Utterly amazing! The service was excellent. Mr Hallam is a lovely genuine gentleman and his team are amazing. They repaired a significant scratch and dents in the left rear wing and wheel arch of our Ford Focus and it's like it never happened. Can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently had my car repaired from another garage in Derby, however I still was having issues with the car. I called up and spoke with James he advised me what I needed. When I arrived he was very welcoming, polite and attentive. I will definitely come back again!

Absolutely brilliant. I’ve used this place twice now for repairs on my car. The customer service is faultless. The first occasion was to rectify the poor quality work of another ‘insurance approved’ body shop nominated by my insurance company. When I got it back it looked better than when it was new! Naturally, I heard absolutely nothing from my insurance company on both occasions and had to continuously chase them, but at least I could rest assured that my car was being looked after! C.A.R.S kept in contact with me directly and I was kept updated with its progress. I felt like I was a genuinely valued customer. (Two years elapsed between both visits to this body shop and as soon as I rang them on the second occasion they remembered me and my car straight away!) Not that I plan on being involved in any more accidents but if I ever am, I know where I’ll be taking my car. One very happy customer. Thankyou very much!

I recently took my Volvo XC60, which had a couple of inches of paintwork scratched off the front bumper in a car park. The guys did a great job and the bumper is like new.
