Graham and his team are brilliant! I had another quote from another car body shop and Car Cosmetics were really competitive. The customer service was 5*, with emails, phone calls and whilst I was there. Graham did his upmost to ensure my car was repaired before I went to work. All the team I spoke to were a credit to the company. My car bonnet looks amazing!

Had my bumper and side panel fixed after someone scraped it. The guys at Car Cosmetics are so professional, got me in the day they opened back up in January and wow the work is amazing! Took my Mini here a few months back for a repair prior to returning it (lease car) others had quoted double even triple the cost Car Cosmetics had quoted me! I dropped my car off with a lovely chap he was very reassuring that they would be able to sort the damage out and the next day the car was ready and absolutely flawless! I was so impressed with the work, Customer service and professionalism. Also another thing that was great was the payment options, I was able to pay over 4 months interest free with payment assist who were also amazing and I had no issues with. All in all it was very easy and stress free! (Sorry it took so long to post my review) Thank you so much for your help and I will come back if I ever need anything doing, will definitely recommend your services to others looking for a repair!

Occasionally you will encounter an honest and decent company and Car Cosmetics (Derby) is certainly that, coupled with a great team that produce a quality service from start to finish. The quote was fair, the contact was maintained, what was discussed and agreed was not deviated from, my expectations were met and my expectations were high, very high. My tatty and bruised 10+-year-old car was returned to me looking like the day I bought it. This company is my go-to contact forever now and I will recommend them to everyone, I would not consider using anyone else.
