Great professional service. We have a dispute regarding the damage to our Mercedes with the dealership. Chartwell are their nominated bodyshop. Outstanding Service, Attention to Detail and Care. I have used Chartwells once before and I was delighted with the service then. The team delivery first class service and I drive especially from Leicester to have my car repaired following a hit a run on my car. I'd reviewed the rating on my insurance approved repairers and it didn't look good at all so I thought of the first and only company that came to my mind - Chartwells. I shouldn't have biothered looking elsewhere because the care and attention that is provided by Gyln, Sarah, Ed and Dan is second to none. I suffer from OCD and have very specific requirements on how my car should be handled. Most companies would shy away from dealing with my very specific requirements; this was not the case with Chartwells who not only managed my expectations extremely well but also delivered a repair that was straight from the Factory ! if you need a bodyshop repair, there is only one firm I would use in the UK - Chartwells. best wishes, Anand Bhawsar

I have quite mixed feelings about this place, I have used them twice for repairs and on both occasions I had a different experience. The first time I went there it was quite pleasant and efficient. I was not kept waiting long, I got a quote and the job was booked in and done in a good space of time. The second time round it was not so smooth I was kept waiting for a good length of time and not even greeted with a smile. Having said that I must say that on both occasions the quality of the work done was excellent.

Finding the right car body repairer is not always an easy task. Chartwells are about as good as it gets. My first visit to Chartwells was to obtain a quote for the damage done to my car. The building did not appear to be a body shop repair centre. However, when you enter through the glass doors and see Ferrari and Porsche in the show room you think you are in the wrong place. The place simply oozed professionalism. I was approached by a well dressed gentleman who asked if he could help. I explained the reason for my visit. He offered me a seat and went away to fetch the vehicle damage assessor. Warren duly arrived who was equally well dressed. Warren looked at the damage, took photographs and said that I would receive a quote later that afternoon. My car was booked in for the 20 September and I received it back on the 29 September. I was met by Sarah the Customer Service Advisor who took me out to check my car over. Apart from the professional and very high standard of the repair work carried out. Chartwells had given my car a complete valet inside and out. The car looked as if it and just rolled off the assembly line. Charwells for me are the Prestige Body Repairer. Should I be unfortunate enough to suffer any further damage to my vehicle? Chartwells will be the place for me. With a lifetime repair guarantee you can’t go wrong. Jack Cresswell

Never had any work done from here but have heard bad rumors only from other body shop owners. Other traders would always love to put a major company like Chartwells in the mud. Having been born and bred in Derby i have always walked past this stunning place and seen the worlds most expensive cars always having work done on them. Chartwells is not a back street garage at all. They are the crem de la crem. Theres an old saying, Those who are the best always have enemies. I wish them all the best and one day i would love to be working for them as at the min im not getting any luck with anyone. If i ever got the chance to show anyone im good it would be awesome.
