A. A.Totally expected the worse when my car had to go in. Cannot believe how helpful, honest and informative staff were. I was expecting a huge bull but I got an honest appraisal of the issue and clear options. No sneaky charges and actually quite happy!!!! M.After noticing an oil leak ( after topping the oil up twice in 2 weeks) I called the garage to see if they could have a look, they asked me to bring the car straight down where they had a quick look. Unfortunately they needed it on the ramps for further inspection so it was booked in the following morning. Upon further inspection my Kia had developed an oil pressure sensor issue that was why I had an oil leak, the part was ordered (upon my approval) and fixed without delay, they even went and collected the part rather than waiting for it to be delivered to them.
The garage kept me informed about the progress all the way so no hidden surprises or charges upon collection. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
