My wheels are a custom colour and use a tinted lacquer making a repair very difficult. Other wheel refurbishment establishments told me my wheels couldn’t be fixed however Custom Paintwerx, through trial and error created a paint and tinted lacquer combo that was a perfect match and did a fantastic repair. Well recommended.

He went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible. Dave took time to update me, sending videos at each stage. Really very impressed. Out of all the quotes i got this was almost the cheapest yet the service fixing the deep scratch and the messed up diamond cut alloy was brand new. Highly recommended.

Insurance work done to an outstanding standard on my Race Blue Octavia Vrs. Full rear quarter panel and door replacement and paint. Jessie and the team were great throughout and kept me updated every step of the way. Even argued with the insurance company on my behalf regarding number of paint coats required to get job done properly on top of other repair aspects needed. Ive just had some work done to my 2013 ford focus they had it there 3 days from when i dropped it off. When i went to collect it the work was to a very high standard! Couldnt even tell it had been involved in a bump! The staff were friendly and quality of workman ship was very impressive! Quite reasonably priced and Even got a cheeky coffee while waiting! 5* would deffinatly go back if needed a body shop again!

Hi all. I was recommended this bodyshop by a friend. My vauxhall corsa back bumper had paint flaking off to the point you could scratch it off with your fingernail. I was happy with the price they gave me but even more pleased when, after saying I needed my car back ASAP. They were able to get my car back the same day! Brilliant service, great price and great work. Looking at it now you would never know!

I need to start by saying I review all good and bad experiences to help provide other members of the general public by sharing my thoughts… Long story short, I have 69 plate Mercedes that had some paint decolourisation on the off side door from NEW, After lengthy dialog with Mercedes I lost the faith and sort out having this corrected myself.. I tried 4 local paint details in Derby all with good reviews, I will say that 2 were good but very matter or fact about what maybe the outcome and work needed, one hadn’t got a clue, However I called into Custom Paintwerx and within a matter of minutes they identified and told me exactly what the issue was the paint work as they see similar on a regular basis, Then clearly told me is basic terms what need to be done and what could be achieved with the process they use and what I could expect for them rectifying the work and that was good as new… So booked in and the car was turned around same day too and have to say this is a honest 5 star for all the team (Jessy and Scott) I would strongly recommend you make these you first call for any paint or wheel work..
