Hello I found this place on Google and thought that I would give them a call as they are local to me and I like to use local businesses if I can and I'm so glad that I did. WOW WOW WOW what a fantastic business this is, I spoke on the phone and booked the car in, on the day that I dropped the car off I meet Dan what an absolute credit this guy is to this business totally professional and he has got so much knowledge and passion for what he does it's just incredible. He kept me informed and sent my photos all along the way which was a really nice touch as you can see how things are progressing as the job goes on. I collect my car this afternoon and to be completely honest with you all I was just totally blown away as to how the car has turned out and the level of detail that Dan has gone to to make sure the the car is perfect. The brake calipers are quite literally a work of art they are better than when I came out of the factory couple this with the wheel refurb and it has just totally transformed my car I'm so happy with it and it's so much better than I thought that it was going to be so thank you very much Dan for all of your hard work in transforming my car. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I would definitely give them a call and speak to them if you want someone that will look after your car like you do and to be honest probably even better than what you do. I only picked up my car this afternoon and I'm already booking it back in for some more work in a couple of months. Dan did an absolutely stunning job of my mx5 brake callipers. He took the casting off making them smooth and paint matched them to my willwood callipers and just like the rest of Dan’s work…. It was perfect. I would highly!!!! Recommend dans work not only does he keep you updated and answers any questions you may have but he also makes you feel very welcome in his workshop along side his staff and mother. After having my bike wheel damaged by a local powder-coaters I took them to Dan Merrin Wheels quite worried to leave them with any companies for fear of further damage. After 10 minutes with Dan and a cup of coffee I couldn’t have felt more relaxed or confident that I’d gone to the right place and left my wheels in good hands. What Dan and his team doesn’t know about paint, wheels, and quality just isn’t worth knowing. I am glad I went, and I will continue to take any further work to Dan as the work he does is to the highest standards I think I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t stop there, the after-care team were amazing and moved mountains to meet all my needs and calm all my fears and concerns. Left alone to do the work Dan really can deliver, it may take longer than some wheel shop production lines, but I guarantee the quality won’t be as good. Dans professional approach and attitude to your wheels will give you a Bespoke experience as that’s is what he delivers. Bespoke quality paint work to each set of wheels. Upon first meeting Dan, we discussed the look I was after, and he gave me some ideas of how it could be achieved. Amazing. Dan Merrins business isn't about a quick refurb or touch up its about a full professional job from start to finish. Dan is a magician, he went above and beyond! I needed my calipers and discs painted and he gave me various paint options on my initial visit. I also needed the wheels refurbishing and a dent removing from one of the alloy rims. Dan's knowledge, creativity, enthusiasm and honesty shone through. Went to Dan after my father had his 911 wheels fully refurbed and finished in a shadow chrome. The finish was spot on and after having my own wheels on my Audi bodged at another shop I knew I needed Dan to completely strip them down and get them looking the way I wanted. The job was a tricky one as I had the outer edge finished in shadow chrome and the main part of the spokes in gloss black, but the end result was superb and couldn't have hoped for them to look any better.

First met Dan last year when he painted some calipers for me. So, when I needed the calipers and wheels repainting on my C63 AMG I asked Dan if he could sort it. What a guy! He made an excellent job of the calipers and wheels and he is such a nice fella! Can't recommend Dan highly enough; conscientious, honest, genuine. I now send anybody that wants wheels or calipers to Dan. Top bloke.

Amazing service - asked Dan to refurb the calipers on my 1998 TVR Chimaera. After comparing some colour swatches we elected for a shadow chrome finish. Collected the car this afternoon and I am bowled over by the quality of Dan’s work and his attention to detail. 100% recommend and a really nice genuine guy to boot !!

If you want your wheels doing exactly how you want them, you take them to Dan Merrin. I was looking for a specific finish, texture and colour to complement some of the trim on my car. Dan worked tirelessly to come up with a colour and method to achieve this, going through several spray-out cards and comparing them to the trim to achieve the perfect look. This level of accuracy can not be achieved overnight, so allowing him to fit this in while he worked a maxed-out diary was worth the wait. Be patient, and Dan will deliver precisely what you want.

Dan painted the split rims on my truck which were a complete mess when I left him with them, I just wanted a quick tidy up and a lick of paint, dan suggested a gunmetal grey would look good against the colour of my truck He went above and beyond what I expected! I was looking for a local business to refurb my wheels on a E class Mercedes , I came across Dan Merrin wheels at draycott , so I dropped them a email and received a quick response , I then phone to get a more in-depth information and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was quiet knowledgable on what I was after , I explained I had my other car wheels refurbed at another company but wasn’t impressed with the finish , I was assured that Dan was a perfectionist at what he did , every car was treated like it was his own ! They say you get what you pay for , well you certainly do with Dan , It took a little longer that expected but boy was they worth waiting for the wheels and calipers look amazing , I’ve had people comment on ,have I bought new wheels and calipers ! After looking around for someone to do a full refurb on my alloys I found Dan via google. From first contact to collecting the car Dan kept me informed of the progress and despite having a technical issue at his unit, went above and beyond to deliver the finished product. Just had my brake calipers and wheels done by Dan. What can I say that isn't waxing lyrical? The calipers have been removed, drained, serviced, shotblasted, paint matched to the car and refit following a change of brake fluid. They feel and look fantastic as do the wheels which Dan painted in satin finished sepang bronze at my request. This guy is not a 9 to 5er. Not saying there's anything wrong if you are but Dan goes the extra mile. Even checked wheel colour with me in person late one evening (sample in tow) to make sure it was definitely what I wanted. It's this kind of customer service which sets Dan apart. The guy knows his stuff, shows it job after job and is a really easy to get on with bloke to boot. You won't find better.

Outstanding job carried out by Dan on my Mercedes CLS63 AMG. Dan was incredibly attentive to my request to have my diamond cut alloy wheels fully stripped, refurbished and finished in a bespoke two colour choice, with a shadow chrome overlay. Likewise I had my Calipers stripped, fully refurbished and finished in a bespoke deep candy orange, with a hint of candy red paint finish. Both the calipers and alloys look amazing and the quality of the finish is perfect. Dan kept me fully informed throughout the process and even sent me pics to agree the colours I wanted. Highly recommended.

Needed a set of 5 BMW wheels painting. They had some curbing and paint peel. I wanted them doing candy red and the result was outstanding not only in the finish buy also the turnaround time. He isn't cheap but neither is his work. I will definitely be going again when I need another set doing. 5 star standard. Thanks Dan.

5th March,16 This man knows his stuff! Brought my cracked alloy and kerb damaged wheels into his garage on Wednesday. After dan going out of his way to squeeze me in at short notice he performed on all fronts overcoming miner issues and problems while retaining standards doing a amazing refurb and weld in such a short time frame. I collected my car tonight and the results are unbelievable ! I love how good my 19's now stand out after looking warn and tired 2days ago. I highly recommend this guy not only for his work but for his knowledge and professional opinion/experience and general services. Thanks Mr Merin, a fantastic job done 14th June 16 After the fantastic work dan had performed first time I came back to visit him to repair abit of damage that was all down to me kerbing my newly painted rims 😭 But after Mr Merin squeezed me into his unbelievably tight schedule they were revived and look truely amazing once more, I cant credit this man enough for his professionalism and tireless work ethic.
