Danny at Elite certainly know these cars very well. Danny and his team performed bodywork, paint and various electrical and mechanical work in preparation for a tour of The Lakes. He made sure I was kept up to dat at all times and that the work was completed on time. A great place to take your Jaguar of any age or model.

Dropped my 14 plate F type here for my first ever visit, injector issue. Things didn't go smoothly but it was to be expected with age and mileage. They kept me fully informed and were very friendly and professional, while I ended up spending more than anticipated the charges were reasonable for the work involved. Having the car back we decided to go to Harrogate for a drive, the cost was worth it, loads of smiles per mile😁😁

I took my pride and joy, 07 XKR, to the guys at EAPJ as I wanted some work done on the car, by people who know Jags – I am very glad I did. I had booked a 10 year service ,transmission service, installation of a new stainless exhaust, and a remap. I also had a water leak under the dash. Within seconds Dan had identified the source of the leak, and I then left the car with the guys for the next day and a half. On collection all the work had been done to an exceptional standard, and the in-house exhaust looked and sounded stunning. I had some issues with the car in the two weeks following, nothing to do with their work, and Dan was on hand to provide advice and guidance. Given he was busy with his other customers cars at the time, this level of customer care was absolutely exceptional. It was a 125 mile trip for me to go to EAPJ, but worth it. These guys, and their knowledge and professionalism, are superb. Thank you.

Elite installed a custom, hand-built stainless steel exhaust system on my Jaguar XK-R. From start to finish the job was handled with total professionalism and I am delighted with the result, which is exactly what I described initially to John Marshall. Their website describes the system I chose as: "Elite RR performance sports rear box, suitable for the new XK/XKR 2006 on 4.2, constructed from 2.5” pipe work in 304 grade stainless steel, huge weight saving over the OE rear box, features quad 3” staggered and slash cut tailpipes with inner perforation, direct replacement for the standard rear box, fantastic sound that gives an Aston V8 Vantage-esque bark on acceleration and pleasing rumble at idle, performance increase approx 18-20bhp. Fully mirror polished, lifetime warranty." This is exactly correct in every detail. It was a pleasure to visit their smart premises just outside the centre of Derby and the work was carried out on time and to perfection. Highly recommended.

I have used EAPJ for the last 20 years to service and repair my Jaguar cars, althought they deal with cars of all makes and models. I don't use main dealers as they are too expensive and I don't believe they genuinely care about the vehicles they sell. Or customers. EAPJ are knowledgeable about Jaguar cars and they use genuine parts for repairs and servicing. They are also able to source guaranteed condition second hand parts when appropriate, which helps to keep costs down. An excellent independent jaguar dealer with friendly knowledgeable staff.

Spot on and very trustworthy. Needed new back boxes for my str and these guys turned around some performance stainless steel boxes within a short time frame and couriered them next-day to my garage in time for the mot retest window. Can't fault the service and the exhasts look and sound great!

Would highly recommend using Elite and Performance Jags for all your Jaguar servicing and repairs. They are friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced compared to the ridiculous main dealer prices. My supercharged Jaguar won't be going anywhere else for servicing and repairs as long as I own it. Brilliant.

I've used E&P for two fairly major jobs so far and been very happy with both the service and the work itself. I've found them knowledgeable, very personable, happy to explain the finer points of a repair in detail to a relative layman and pretty accurate in respect of estimate vs out-turn cost. My experience of them vs main dealer Jag garages is VERY positive, and on a par with another independent dealer I used for many years. I'll certainly be using them again.

First class service from this company, had problems with my Jaguar XF air vents and heater. Rang on Friday and took it in on Monday evening for them to look at in Tuesday. I had a phone call later that day to say that they had repaired the car mans it was ready for collection. Cost to repair was very reasonable,2 hrs labour. Will be using them again when it needs a service. Professional company, would recommend.

The two single star ratings are from people that were not even customers here, they have never been to use us as a garage and never will. They were obstructing our garage exit and they chose to be awkward. As a consequence they thought it "sensible" to post a ridiculous comment. You will see from the profile they enjoy being negative

Having run 3 Jaguars for 25 years and having sampled the very poorest of service from main agents and numerous specialists, I came across this establishment last year. Its a 160 mile round trip for me, but it is worth every single minute of it. They sorted out bodged repairs, chassis corrosion, servicing, body work, you name it, these guys sort it, and sort it to a very high standard, first time as well. And the cost is very reasonable. Putting it simply, if you own and maintain a Jaguar, you are not going to find better service than the one provided by John, Danny and the team. All with a smile and a lift to the train station. Congratulations.

Just got my XF back after some detailed suspension work to trace a fault. As ever I'm thoroughly impressed by EAPJ and their attention to detail. I Find it hard to believe anybody could be dissatisfied with the service you get from both Elite or Amber Coach works they are anything but rude as suggested by what i can only think must be sour grapes.. and they really go out of their way to make sure you are happy i am not linked with either company in any way apart from being a very happy customer.. i Have used Danny for over 4 years now after switching from other so called Jaguar specialists and i am very picky...both EAPJ and in my latest visit this year Amber coach works who i can also highly recommend after they repaired accident damage to my car as second to non in attention to detail and customer satisfaction.. if you love your car and require first class service look no further i have tried the rest and would not take my car to any other specialist and i feel lucky they are only 40 miles down the road thanks guys yet again for another great Job Mark B Sears..
