Took my car here for MOT and two new tyres. Car failed first time, and they didn’t have the part in. Got a phone call early the following morning telling me it’s been completed and has now passed. Super quick service. I recommend for sure! Will come here again! Polite staff on reception.

Had a dash cam re-fitted at the end of Jan '22. Apart from having to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment, I was very satisfied with their work. Done on time, in time and the £35 I paid included a new cable because I simply left the previous one in the old car.

Dropped the car off slightly delayed in getting there but they were able to get on with the job of swapping a tyre pretty quickly. Didn't take too long, other than not having a waiting room the place is good.

Great service from the gents at Halfords Autocente London Road. Service manager was professional and polite at all times. Great value for money and quick and efficient. They were consistent with the new regulations for wearing masks and keeping everyone safe within the COVID guidelines.

Great little garage. Good welcome on arrival and less than ten minute walk to the Derbion Shopping mall where you can shop until your car is ready. I will use this garage again as it's also close to Derby train station and 15 minutes from the bus station so it's ideal if you don't have access to a second car or courtesy car while yours is getting what it needs done.

My 1st ever visit to a Halfords Autocentre was a good one. In light of the current situation (covid19) i was reassured to see that all possible measures are being taken in order to avoid any cross-contamination whilst word was being done on my vehicle. All the staff who i encountered were very polite and courteous and appear to be happy in their work & when its your vehicle they are working on & how protective people can be over their cars well that means a lot as you can assume respect for your property. I would definitely recommend Halfords because of my experience & the quality of the work i had done & all this points towards value for money. Thanks guys 👍

Went to have my brakes checked owing to me having a long drive the following day. I went later in the day and after explaining my situation the manager fitted me in and got my car sorted within 90 mins. Absolutely fantastic service, would 100% recommend.

100% trusted garage. Always brought my car here for diagnostics and repairs. I had a big bill and did not have enough to cover the bill so they offered a interest free payment plan with PAYMENT ASSIST. The staff are all polite respectful and they also know what they talking about when telling you what's wrong with car. All work was done same day :)

Took my car in for a Full Service @ the Derby London Road branch. Booked an appointment over the phone with, I believe, a gentleman named Justin (Apology if this is incorrect), came in on the morning and was greeted by the staff/mechanics as I walked to reception where I came across Justin. Totally welcoming, honest and reliable from my experience. After having bad experiences with other garages/mechanics, I decided to go with Halfords and I don't regret it. I would recommend the Derby branch, and will be returning here for future. I hope Halfords continues to recognises/rewards/motivate its employees because for a customer, there's nothing more important than great service. The Full Service was done by 2pm in the afternoon, there were no further issues identified with the car which was reassuring. Once again Thank-you.

We took our car in for a service and MOT. There were a small number of items that needed replacement due to the age of the vehicle. There was no 'hard sell' to have this extra work done but we agreed to have a couple of them done for safety reasons (e.g. brake fluid replacement). Other items were left until the next full service. The car was ready to collect when promised.
