I contacted Hughes Bros for a repair quote for my BMW 120d, they replied with a fully detailed quote which was very well priced. I got the car booked in and they not only carried out the agreed work but also checked over the car for no extra cost. It was my first time using them so I gave the car a quick check when I got home and indeed the work has been done properly and using high quality parts. I will deffo be back in the future...

First time customer experience follows. I was very impressed with the service today. Excellent and detailed communication; the team obviously know what they are doing! Great location and professional looking garage. All topped off with a car wash which I certainly wasn’t expecting. I can see how this team possess many years of success. 👍

Took my E90 to Hughes Bros after speaking to them on the phone about the issue I was having with my E90 (ABS warning lights and intermittent power loss). They knew straight away what I was describing and this gave me confidence in them. Spoke to some other garages who were not so sure and so i decided to use this garage. They phoned me midday to provide an update and confirm exactly what the issue was (aswell as a price before proceeding). Picked up the vehicle on the same day! Main dealer would have charged in excess off £1000.00 and would have replaced more than was needed! Excellent communication , great customer service and affordable. Will definitely be going back in the future if needed.

Recently visited for a 2nd time for a full service. The work carried out has been top notch and the customer service is superb. An absolute fantastic establishment. I’ve had a service for my 5 Series and just completed a MOT today. The owners and staff are extremely customer focused. I only heard about them through a friend and I won’t be going anywhere else. Considerably cheaper than main dealers the shop floor is immaculate. Both myself and my dad have been going here for years. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. They really know their stuff. Whenever it's been possible to spot a problem in advance they have and whenever anything unexpected has come up they've never failed to get me back on the road again quickly. It's hard to find a good, reliable garage these days but this is definitely one of them. I absolutely recommend these guys to anyone.

Took my m140i to these guys for a service after looking for a while at different garages, really pleased with the work they carried out. Very professional and they listed things I knew where wrong with the car without mentioning it to them like the knocking exhaust and a few other minor things. Little things like that let me know there legit and are not con artist like some garages. The work area itself looked immaculate aswell which shows they take pride in what they do. Have used these guys since 2008 and have never had a bad experience. Always very polite, fair, open, timely and aren't shy with giving out advice on the huge number of questions I ask. Highly recommended.

I arrived at Hughes brothers purely by luck a few years ago after a nearby BMW main dealer tried to replace all my brakes on my X5 at an eye watering price. I asked Glyn for a second opinion and was told they should be good for a few miles. They say first impressions matter hence since then I have tasked them with looking after my Alpina and my X5 aswell aswell as other friends and families cars. Glyn, Bill, Paul and the team are a real credit to the industry which is full of cowboys. I would go so far as to say these guys really should teach main dealers how to deal with customers. They are fair, honest and very reasonably priced. I wish you all the best guys.

BMW 135i – Coilpack. Had a problem develop with the car as I was leaving for holiday. Drove to Hughes where they fitted me in at last minute and got the work done in an hour meaning I could get on my way. Friendly understanding service with comprehensive knowledge of the cars. Have been to Hughes several times now with both my BMW’s and plan to continue doing so.
