Great service. Popped in for an MOT. But ash got everything ready for me, it may have failed but the repair work was priced more than fairly and happy to continue using them. Ash is a credit to the company. Really nice bloke and put me at ease when I was expecting the worst... Old cars, why do we have them???

My service light needed resetting ... So went in to see if they could do it. Ash (absolute legend) got it done and said not to worry about the cost. Professional and dealt with it like a genuine bloke. Will be going back in the future for other work as clearly not there to rip you off.

Booked in with KAM for a brake fluid change and front pads. They kept me up to date at regular intervals, calling to let me know that my brake discs were slightly warped and so they were happy to change just the front brake pads, but they would deteriorate at a rapid rate if the discs weren't changed. I went ahead with the discs change as well, for an incredibly reasonable price. There was no push for the sale and they were incredibly accomodating. The fix was done very quickly and I'd recommend them to anybody in the Derby area. Everyone was very polite and the service I received was top notch!

Booked my car in this morning for an M.O.T at the Sinfin branch. Couldn’t ask for better service. Kept me completely informed of why my car was not passing the emissions and then went above and beyond to help with the issue which they did solve in the end. I know next to nothing about cars and it shows. The guys in the shop were brilliant. I had bought a car on a whim and took it to be checked over, it was nothing short of a disaster. I had EVERYTHING explained to me and what my options were, with each fix. I wasn't made to feel stupid, they took it as an opportunity to learn. Their prices are fair and you get talked too, rather than at. KAM servicing are a rare breed. I will be going back and reccomending them to everyone. I had my brakes changed by a previous company, after the brake changes my handbrake stopped working, the previous company did not take any responsibility from what they had done. I was very dubious about approaching another garage as I was worried I would be ripped off as companies usually do. This is the first time using KAM Services and I felt my car was in safe hands for the first time, they talked me through the whole procedure and fixed my car in under half an hour which was amazing. I would highly recommend this garage and would definitely be taking my car here more often.

Friendly team who seem to know what they're doing when it comes to vehicles, I've just had some work done on a car and everything seems to be working fine . The car wasn't ready and waiting at the time arranged as they had road tested it and had to make some adjustments which to be fair I'm pleased they did. Outstanding customer service, fantastic work, highly recommend! I took my car to KAMs Derby back in the peak of the COVID pandemic for a major service and a couple of more serious issues. Simon was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what I would have expected, a true asset to the company! Not only did he manage to diagnose the issue quickly, he picked up that I was an NHS worker and quite distressed with the issues and impact of being without a car. He immediately organised a courtesy car and a very reasonable quote with payment instalments, no questions asked! I bought my 2007 S-MAX in today with a suspected wheel bearing issue, concerned ahead of a long road trip for a family holiday to Wales in two days time. The team were able to see me, immediately after ringing with my concerns. No sooner had I dropped the car off, and a Technician was on the case straight away, knowing the urgency surrounding my worries. 30 minutes or so later, I receive a call from a Technician, who did a full check over of the wheel bearing, as well as a general check for issues with the rest of the car. He confirmed that the front right wheel bearings were fine and suggested the likely root cause was instead the noise stemming from the bedding in of the cross tread pattern on the four new Michelin CrossClimate+ tyres I had fitted at Costco Derby, yesterday. However, as part of his more general checks, he did kindly advise of the heavy corrosion on my front and rear brake discs, which were subsequently all replaced, along with the brake pads and a top-up of brake fluid for £500, inclusive of parts and labour. Plus, a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. This was all done promptly and efficiency within two hours of first dropping the car off to be inspected. This is my first experience with KAM Servicing, having ordinarily sought repair work from my more local garage - Sunnyhill Service Station in Littleover, which has very recently closed down. I found the service today to be prompt, helpful and efficient. There was no pressure to commit to purchasing and everything was explained in layman's terms, about the investigative work undertaken, before discussing quotes. The chaps I dealt with today were most friendly, too. Great to do business with. I'll be sure to bring my car in for its MOT here, in April. Lastly, thank you for making sure, I can now safely travel with my kids for our family holiday to Wales on Sunday. Nice one!

My battery was dead and they came round, jump started my car and drove it to their garage, replaced the battery, found a problem with a cable and asked if I wanted lt repaired, which I did. They did a really good job and returned the car to me. When they picked the car up, I had asked if they did valeting and they said no, but they could arrange for it to be done. The got a price for me, and that was done very nicely as well! I found them very helpful and professional and would recommend them!

KAM Servicing replaced coil springs the same day as I phoned them. Perhaps they just weren't very busy!! Excellent service though, extremely helpful. Excellent advice on the different spring options I could have fitted and they volunteered to collect my vehicle from my place of work and return it 4 hours later with the work completed. Reasonably competitive on price, for a main town garage. Key for me was getting the job done quickly and the service they provided.

The service was second to none. Car put on diagnostics and a fault found by their vw man. Unfortunately the results for my car are terminal. But that isn't their fault. Intermittent problems are often the case. Returned a day later at 1 hours notice for an mot which was carried out immediately. These guys are busy, and I'm not surprised. Great work guys. I had MOT booked on Saturday and on the Friday they called me and said they could collect my car from home and do the MOT . These guys really look after you well. My car wouldnt start (was bringing it to them to replace the battery) I phoned to inform them that id be late as I couldnt get the car going. He phoned back offering to come to my house and get it going for me. I thought wow didnt have to do that- pretty great! They got the car going, then they took it for me, fitted the new battery, and brought it back so I didnt even have to leave my house! Really went way beyond what youd expect they didnt even charge me extra for this. Will definitely use again!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I booked a service as I would normally would which was just as easy as previous. This time I had just bought a car from a dealer up north, brought it home and wanted it servicing. I reported a little vibration in the car and asked if they could check it over. Within 30 minutes they found the problem and reported it back to me. I had severely miss-shaped tyres and one tyre had a huge slice in the tread. Simon, immediately told me they had to deflate that tyre as it was too unsafe to work with. After talking about just buying the car in was immediately advised to get on to the people who sold me the car and tell them about the issues. After a telephone call and advice from Simon i was able to get the dealer to pay for 4 new tyres and a new light cluster and saving me from paying it. I was so close to not taking the advice as I couldn't be bothered for the added stress around christmas but I'm glad Simon pushed me a little into doing it. I'm forever grateful, you made christmas stress free for my family, knowing full well the expenses were taken care off. Not the first time I've used KAM Servicing in Derby and it certainly won't be the last. Thanks again guys!

I took my car for it’s annual MOT to Kam, as it is less expensive than almost anywhere. They informed me that there was a nail in one tyre, but it hadn’t deflated and they didn’t remove it in case it did. Otherwise it was fine and passed it’s test. I took it to where the tyres were bought, where they removed the nail, which fortunately hadn’t gone through. I wouldn’t have known that it was there unless the mechanic at Kam had told me. Definite thumbs up.

For years searched for a good place to have my car regularly serviced at, now I've found it. They may not be the cheapest around but it's for a reason, you ask for a full annual service and they will not only do the regular service items but also find that one bushing or hose or pad that's about to go. Cannot recommend them higher for either one off problem solves or regular services.

They did the wheel Alignment and told me to use the car and when I have done 150 miles or a week to bring it back and they will recheck the Alignment I have had my Alignment done elsewhere before and never been asked to take it back for a free check they really are a great company and I am so happy with the service I will definitely use this company again 10/10.

Friendly, honest and knowledgable. Took my car here for a second opinion after being told my Vauxhall had an ECU failure. As soon as I spoke to KAM on the phone they were on the case and very honest and helpful. After more diagnostics, KAM confirmed the ECU had failed and took me through my options. The car was scrapped in the end and KAM kindly let me leave the car with them until it could be picked up. I will definitely bring my new car to these guys and highly recommend KAM! TCH found nothing on diagnostics and the care level is beyond disgusting. I then looked for a new garage.
