Absolutely chuffed with the service I've received from here today. I turned up without an appointment, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. I was served by Ryan, who was incredibly helpful, and sorted my car out the same day for me! He even suggested cheaper options to try before nosediving into more expensive tests, which I really appreciated. Thanks also Sheun - the engineer to got me back on the road in no time! Came in for a new rear tyre as it was very worn and had a slow puncture. The staff member who was in reception was extremely polite and helpful and managed to get me going again within the hour, even without a booking. Been coming here for a while as staff are great, honest and reliable. Arrived today due to a puncture and although they didn't have my tyre in stock (due to size) they ordered one for 4pm. Went back at 4 and left at 16:26 with a new tyre quickly installed. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Well what I thought was a simple Aircon regas ending up being a hell of a job for them as my bonnet catch decided to stop working the manager Mannie top bloke I must say actually came in on his day off to get the bonnet open and Ryan also didn't stop working on my car from 9am until 2pm. Called first thing Saturday morning to see if they could help as my exhaust had fallen off the night before. Asked when they could book me in and was told the next day. Was happy with this as I explained I needed it by Weds to drive to Wales. Was then told I could take it down that morning for them to have a look to see what was involved. Took it to them at about 10.30, had a call not long after to tell me what needed doing and only a couple of hours later it was all done. When I went to collect I was shown the old exhaust that had broken, was suprised it hadn't taken off sooner! I asked about aircon recharge, had meant to ask when I dropped it off but completely forgot. Was told they could have done it at the same time if I'd remembered but if I wanted to come back the next day they would do it. Took it in this morning and once again the work was completed very quickly. Very impressed with the speed of service on both occasions, very friendly and helpful service from Ryan and Usman. Would highly recommend this branch and will definitely be back at the end of the year for an MOT and service.

Received outstanding service today from Stuart and the team. My tyre valve failed on a driving lesson and my tyre deflated immediately. Parked up in a side road nearby I asked for help from the team, they were very accommodating. Stuart drove to my car, took my tyre off and back to the workshop, where him and the team identified very quickly what was wrong. They refitted and checked all my tyres that they were ok. I cannot fault this service and with being in the middle of a driving lesson with my student it was all done in 30/40 mins at no cost. I cannot thank you all enough. Hope you all enjoyed the donuts.

This branch is always reliable. I always visit this branch for tyres, batteries and exhausts. My vehicle failed it's MOT miserably but instead of charging me 100 of pounds they just charged me £25 and advised "We can't carry out structural welding. The welding required might cost more than the value of the vehicle so take it to ... and .... and get a price quotation!" Admirable advice from a bunch of guys I trust! Coffee machine is still broken and inoperable so this needs urgent action!

Came in with a broken exhaust after being quoted £110 by my mechanic and told to shop around as he wouldn't be able to fix it for another week, initially quoted £180 by kwik fit but then they rang someone and got it down to £130, said it would take 2 hours but the part came in within 5 minutes and all in all was fitted and finished within half an hour same day so was very pleased with the service. Free drinks and seating in the waiting area and they didn't mind that I had my dog with me. Great service really happy.

Enquired w/c 8th March '21 about price and timescales to have four new tyres fitted to my Volkswagen Passat; staff member very helpful in confirming tyre types and offering to price match to other reputable tyre installers. Was able to book my car in for 16th March '21. Price match honoured; four new tyres fitted while I waited in socially distance area; friendly staff lead by Dave Stuart today took great care of car. As always, very pleased with Kwik Fit tyre service, especially considering the current pandemic restrictions.

We use this garage all the time. It is easy and quick to book with them and the long opening hours make it easy to drop off and pick up your car. Be advised, this garage do not have an auto electrician.

Booked in for a break check, as I heard some grinding when first heading off. They guys a Kwik Fit went straight at it, and 1 hour later came back to me saying that all is as should be. Now I suppose if this was a cowboy outfit they could have said I'd need new discs and or brakes. It's nice to know there are still some trustworthy garages around.

As I am often a single woman when visiting garages I get very warry about not letting myself be taken advantage of. Even though it was all male staff on the day of my visit I've never felt in such good hands. Everybody was polite and explained everything in detail in a non patronising manner that was clear to understand. There was no rush to make a decision on if I purchased the services or not and even the offer to hold my car until I could arrange a tow service. When I did decide to go ahead they've completed a thorough job and taken everything into consideration. A special thank you to the two young lads in reception for being so helpful and chatty and the manager of the store who did such an amazing job in the decisions made today.

To start with my car is 13 years old in very good condition well looked after I keep all the needed repairs up to date and just as I expect to get good use out of my car I look after my car. I was pleased with the MOT price Kwik fit was charging me when I brought my car in the person who dealt with probably could not believe it was in such good condition and probably felt he had to find something wrong so he told me there was a repair needed on the right hand side on the underside which was a minor leak but he also pointed the air freshner was in the way of the drivers vision I have been driving since I was 17 and this was the first time this was made an issue of so just not sure I got a failed certificate and the cost of repair was quoted as £100 while another Garage charged me £35 for the same job and parts I am sure you will understand why I am not pleased you asked for feedback I have given my feedback.

I just got a tyre puncture near my house very late. I found that Kwit Fit would be closing at 6pm which was only about 20 minutes away. I called them immediately and they told me to try reaching the shop before 6 and they would deal with the matter. I rushed to the shop and just got there with only 5 minutes to spare. They first tried to puck the puncture hole but the damage was beyond repair. They quickly found a suitable tyre to replace the damaged one. By about 6:15, the job was done and I was on my way home. Really customer focused service and honest work. Highly recommended.

The assistant was great and very curteous. My MOT wasn't due until August the 15th and he checked this. Whilst I was there I asked him if he check my tyre pressure.
