4 tyres fitted quickly and professionally. Very neat job, tyre walls not slathered in bead seal like some places do. Free wheel alignment check showed that they were spot on, which is also an endorsement of kwikfit aligning them 2 years back. Would heartily recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Having being told at another place (not Kwik Fit) that I had an issue that was going to cost £460, I went to this Kwik Fit and they fixed the issue immediately, and when I went to pay they said it was such a small job not to worry about it! Initially I had issue with my locking wheel nut key and wheels were damaged after brake fluid change at Kwik Fit Derby Chequers Road. After wrote an email to Kwik Fit, Adam Holness (centre manager at Derby Chequers Road) rang me and explained the the circumstances. He dealt with the issue swiftly and replaced my wheel nut set. Although the wheels still slightly damage, he tried to polish it and I was very happy by his approach. Very recommended centre. Thank you Adam and Kwik Fit Derby Chequers Road!

Second time I've taken my vehicle here. Of course I'm happy, it passed both times! Fiestas are fantastic cars. 107,000 miles and only ever changed the discs, pads and tyres. An advisory this time though.. but they allowed me to go under the lift and look. I'll be swapping out the part myself, which I always do. The place is clean with a waiting and viewing area (via camera and screen). They will allow you to look at faults found. The staff are pleasant and helpful and will offer advice. Top tip, book and pay online... it's cheaper!! Typically £27 late afternoon and within a week. Price may obviously change. Free retest. They offer other services too... Tyres, brakes and a lady was even having her wipers changed (for those unable to DIY) Negotiation on pricing works here.

Called up to ask for a same-day tyre change, and they're run-flats so not usual stock. The guys managed to fit me in and get a set from a nearby garage in under an hour, even wrapped the old (winter) tyres up for storage. Would definitely use again, really professional team & great service.

After my poor episode earlier this year when my car was in for m o t, I hesitantly took my car for a full service and air con regas yesterday. Everything was completed on time and although it's early days, the car appears to be running much smoother and a full breakdown was given on their findings. On this occasion I cannot fault Kwik Fit and would recommend this particular branch.

The chap who runs the place (Adam I think) is really helpful and unlike a lot of QF's in the past he doesn't rip you off with the most expensive part he can find. I think as such they are always really busy, so would recommend calling or booking online One thing I would say is they don't have the cheapest tires in Derby and do shop around before going here, and I'm not taking budget tires

My car was booked in for Friday, the tyres came in on Wednesday, Kwik Fit phoned me up and said we can do it on Wednesday, I popped in after work at 4.15pm. There was a short wait to get my car into the garage, Kwik Fit swapped my existing tyres from the back to front, free of charge, fitted two new Michelin tyres, free brakes inspection & free wheel balancing. When I tried to order my tyres online, they were not in stock & so the Kwik Fit website went no further when car registration added, please put in your tyre size selection and then you can order the tyres into your local Kwik Fit. When you ordered the Michelin tyres, add code in "MICH10" & you get 10% of your tyres, I could not get the tyres cheaper anywhere else. Today and tomorrow there is still an offer on two or more Michelin tyres via online booking, you get a free dashcam worth £80, fill in form online to claim.
