The customer service and support are excellent. The work carried out is always carried out to a high standard. Value for our money in all respects.
If you want someone to fix, repair and service your caravan, this company is the one you should use.
S.We recently took our caravan in for its annual service. Paul and the team looked after us very well, doing the service in a timely manner, fixing a few issues we had with our van and all at a very competitive price.
From the socially distanced handover to the pick-up, it all went seamlessly. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable (they even hitched up the van back to the car for us). Excellent, we’ll certainly be using them again in the future!

Thankfully Long Eaton Caravans squeezed in my service into an already full diary. Dropped off and collected the same day and greeted with the usual friendly and personal service that is always maintained. Repairs carried out to a high standard and virtually invisible, I don't think people would realise they had been done unless told.
Full service of van along with the repairs and all for far less than a major dealership, I know where I will be recommending friends take their caravans if they need any work carrying out.
Caravan is stored safely within the workshop as well meaning it is not at risk while being worked on.

M. C.Serviced my caravan twice. Happy both times. They even found a gas leak the dealer had missed the first time. Last year the tap fell apart and they fixed it for free, probably wasn't hard but good of them to just fix it. Thoroughly recommended.

I had a decor sticker start to peel on my 25 plate swift van and they got it sorted for me with swift under my warrenty I didn't have to do a thing they did it all thanks guys!!
