Cars ,money don t matter that much , it s the experience , the honesty , it's how they treat their customers , it s the fact that they care that puts them on top of any other service garage at least in Derby and i know quite a few and most of them try to rip you off . This garage is my nr. 1 go to . Although I try to find the best price , i always return to this garage because I like to be surrounded by trustworthy people. Keep up the great work !
P. B.Exceptional service, kept me up to date with phone calls and photographs. Explained thoroughly all the work being done and provided a break down of cost. The team gave good honest advice and worked really quickly to get me back on the road (2 days) even offered to lend their tow rope kit to get me there. Planning on using again to resolve other car issues.

M. H.I can't speak highly enough about Jo and her team. I went to a garage finding website and got 23 responses for advisories that needed fixing after my MOT. I short-listed them to 5 or 6 based on a combination of price, star rating and reviews and started ringing round to confirm quotes and see when they could do the work.
Of all the companies I rang, Monkey Garage answered the phone promptly, handled all of my questions efficiently, accessed the information about my MOT advisories whilst I was on the phone, demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about what may or may not need doing and accommodated me in terms of when I could book the car in because I drive a lot for work.
When I turned up they were able to establish what work actually needed doing which saved money on my original quote and made recommendations for future things to look for based on their inspection of the vehicle.
I was really impressed by their knowledge, advice and high level of customer service and would highly recommend them.
H.I would like to highlight the brilliant customer service. The responses were always quick and detailed, they spoke with warranty company many times on my behalf and were very flexible with the collection. I am happy to recommend Jo and the team; thank you for sorting out the car :)
D. F.I've used Monkey Garage for service and repair work on a couple of my cars and cannot reccomend them enough. Their prices are good and the service is excellent. They have just carried out major work on my turbo, diagnosing a problem that others struggled to find and rectified it quickly. I've used them on performance cars and a 4x4 and they have been equally as good at working on both.
