Managed to get me in earlier that stated online. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also managed to save another customer money by repairing his screen instead of replacing. They even offered to repair and if they still wanted to change they would. Excellent service

Cracked front screen. Insurance company arranged for them to do a home visit at the start of lockdown. Did a fantastic job and you wouldn't know the screen has been replaced. Just over a year later some external trim came loose, so I took it back and they sorted it immediately on the spot without appointment and with no quibble. Anyone else sent here for a replacement screen should know that if you demand a genuine manufacturers screen over their non genuine screens that you may get a lifetime guarantee on the screen. You do with Ford. The Ford front screen is stamped Ford and not say Guardian Glass. It's heated. It's nice to know that if the element fails that we are covered. There's no extra charge on your insurance for a genuine screen, but you may have to wait a few days for Ford to deliver it to National windscreens for fitting. Very happy. Good, speedy and professional fitting. Very happy.

Contacted regarding bullseye in windscreen. Was booked in and replaced within 24 hours. Only negative was the horrific parking at the premises. Would definitely use again if needed.

Great experience replacing my windscreen. Quicker than they had said it would be and the lads offered to make me a brew while I waited. Customer facilities are limited though. Don't wait with children, be sure to bring something to do too or be thoroughly bored for an hour or so but in terms of the quality and a job well done. Spot on. They even re-sited my toll tag perfectly which hadn't been done by a previous provider and re attached a door seal that was parting company with the door, which in their modest approach didn't mention at the time. Something we realised later. It's in the details of the work and they have that. A small customer area with agile working and a coffee machine would make it a 5 star service provider.

A friend had his Hyundai Tucson windscreen replaced here, they took a little more time than expected but that was down to getting the calibration right for the sensors that are part of the rear view mirror assembly. He's not had any issues since so time we'll spent I guess.
