Cannot commend this company enough for resolving my issue I had due to the courier not delivering my order in time. Andy at spray guns direct took the time out his day to personally bring me my order to my house and also compensated me for the issue actually caused by the courier not spray guns direct. I cannot thank him, Kerry enough for their efforts to resolve my issue and they did so above and beyond. I highly recommend using this company for any needs you have and I most certainly will be coming back for many years to come.

Great company to deal with. Very helpful on the phone with detailed technical advice on choice of spray gun, air cap and auxiliary equipment. I placed an order Monday evening and had the spray gun on my doorstep on Wednesday morning. This is in contrast to other firms who listed this gun (or indeed an older version) as "in stock" and yet at the point of ordering revealed there would be a 3+ week lead time on orders. I would glady use Spray Guns Direct again!

I have a long overdue review after ordering my ani r160 from these guys! Amazing gun btw! I’m new to these guys which isn’t anything fancy. I did however just order from these guys (apologize for the late review) but let me say this killer customer service, absolutely amazing. Shipping times from uk to United States very fast maybe a week or so which customs was the longest part but came through fast! These guys care about there customers they are genuine and if you are hesitant at all being there out of the country don’t think twice there legit and they’re amazing! 5 stars from me! Great stock, good prices. I gave 4 stars only because they are using Parcelforce as their courier - this effectively delays any orders by a week. PacelForce couriers won't deliver if noone's at home, they won't leave any card behind and their website/telephone number is so complicated and long winded... The parcel was in my town quickly (1-2days), but getting it from parcelforce is a nightmare ** THERE'S EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES TOO (1 pound for post office collection and 12 pounds for Saturday delivery)**. I've finally redirected the parcel to my post office after few days of struggle, and apparently to do this it will take them another 5 days before it's available for collection. Absolutely rubbish. Please, please find another courier as it ruins the whole experience of buying from you guys.

You should definitely make your next spray gun purchase here. I bought a DeVilbiss Flg-5 and a Gti-ProLite. Both not offered within the US. Spray Guns Direct got them to me in Iowa in less than 4 business days on both guns. Fast shipping, great prices (including exchange) and no questioning quality!!

Have ordered with them previously with no problems - fast delivery and such. This time I got a spraygun kit with a defective/damaged part - no problem, these things happen. I emailed them some photos of the part, and within two days they had posted out a replacement on a next-day delivery. I think the real test of a supplier is not just what they do day-to-day but what they do when there's a problem, and I'm very pleased with the speed with which they resolved my issue. Good service all around.

SpraygunsDirect certainly knows how to care for the customer. From the speedy and excellent order process and delivery, to addressing the problem I had with a spray gun, well just the best. If only every business worked so well. I was looking for a small, good quality, touch up size spray gun. I could not find what I wanted until I came across SpraygunsDirect. They had the gun I wanted in stock. This company is based in England and was a pleasure to work with. I placed an order, and the spray gun arrived in a couple of days via DHL. The price was very good too. When I placed the order, I had forgot to order a small part for the gun. I realized my mistake and e-mailed them to ask if I could pay for the part and have it shipped with the gun. They quickly responded and included the part, without charge. Wow, now that was appreciated. When I went to try out the new gun, it had a problem producing a uniform fan spray pattern. A couple of e mails later, and SpraygunsDirect informed me a new air cap was on the way, at no charge. Again, very quickly I received the part. It fixed the problem with the spray gun, which now was a joy to use. I will certainly be ordering from these folks again for my next gun. I plan to upgrade my full size gun soon. They have recaptured what most companies have long abandoned, good customer service. I'm sure they will have many repeat customers. You can't do better for a place for your spray gun needs.

After explaining I couldn't get online they took my order over the phone and got the goods dispatched, arrived with me at 9.05am the next morning and saved my bacon! Good delivery reasonable price so all ok... except packaging. Small box with tin of product also filled with polystyrene noodles inside a very large box with loads and loads of the noodles. A pain to get rid of and terrible for environment. Please use corrugated paper or something similar like lots of other companies. It really would be much better please. Cheers.
