After finishing my first ever track car build I was a little nervous about it going for an MOT. However at Sunset the guys there were very interested in the build and gave me plenty of advice for my future ideas which i really liked. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable workers which gave me confidence in my build.

Brilliant service, originally sent my VW Touareg in for a new battery and coding! Then to find out it had a battery drain somewhere on the vehicle causing the car to become unusable. Took two weeks to diagnose and fix the fault which was carried out between booked services. Great garage and great technicians. A big shout out to Pete who was the technician looking after my car. Credit to the business.

We have recently had four new Calibre Vintage Alloys fitted to our 2004 Audi TT 3.2L V6 by Lee and his team at Sunset and can't praise them enough . Friendly and very helpful in all aspects of the selection , trial fitting and subsequent completion , all with a focus on customer satisfaction . Thoroughly recommended - will definitely be using Sunset for our regular maintenance and any other work .

Spoke to Mason a while ago regarding my TTS mk2 as it was making some strange grinding noise from the drivers tyre. They popped it up on the ramps for me and had a look under the car and checked over all the breaks etc. They couldn't see anything wrong with the drivers side but did find issues with the back disks and the rear sensor that controls the headlight angles. As such, I decided to book it in and get all disks pads done + fix the sensor. Was a bit of a hell mary hope in that it would fix the annoying noise from the drivers side whilst also making sure the next MOT would have no issues. The guys did a cracking job and when I came back to collect they had also fixed my wonky drivers door and drained + refilled my brake fluid at no extra charge! When the car was rolled out of the garage I could hear the noise again from the wheel and one of the mechanics also heard it. He said "I think that's your tyre, sounds like the rubber is compressing against the alloy" and suggested as a test putting some vaseline around the rim to see if it went away (so I could then tell if it was that that was causing the noise). Sadly it didn't go away so I resided myself to having to replace the CV or bearings or something more expensive. Anyway fast forward a few months and my car managed to find several nails on the drive home from work and punctured my front tyres :( Annoying but guess what, after replacing both front tyres.... the noise had gone!!!! So not only did they do a good job with the breaks etc they were also spot on with what the mysterious noise was! So to recap, great company, very very knowledgeable team and would highly recommend.

Took my SEAT here recently for some work and am thoroughly pleased with the experience. After years of being messed about by dodgy dealers and their service centres, I was pleasantly surprised by Sunset. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, timely and the work was great value. They offer all the perks of a mainstream dealer service but without the sleazy, underhand tactics. Will definitely be trusting them with my car again in future.

This is a great garage who know what they are taking about. The staff and owners are all approachable and very helpful with what ever your needs are. I usually speak to Mat and he keeps me right with what the car needs. They are also independent garages to Audi, VW and Skoda. So it doesn't effect your warranty and they use original parts. The prices are reasonable also and very competitive compared to main dealer prices. The only comment I would say that they could improve on is that it would be nice if they could have washed the car after a service. But do understand costs etc and time. I have been coming here for 7 years now and can't fault them at all.

Staff on reception are helpful and know what they are talking about. Prices are what you would expect but that is for a good service and genuine parts. Also if you have any problems in related to a recent fix they were happy to go back and take another look on the same day I called.

We broke down on the way to a wedding, and we were lucky in that it was near this place. Very friendly staff, diagnosed the problem quickly, got all the parts ordered, and repaired it within the hour! Amazing service, clean waiting area, and kept us up to date with progress. Missed the service, but made it to the church just in time to see the newlyweds emerge. Thank you for saving our day! Had a long drive back, too, and the car is still going 😉

I have always had an excellent service at Sunset Tyres. I find the staff to be friendly genuine and honest and reliable. Reasonable prices and will do their best to see you ASAP. Have been in at lunch time before and they have ended up getting the tyres I wanted delivered and fitted by closing! My regular place for all tyres and servicing needs!

I visited sunset service when my car developed a rattling sound in the front suspension and I wanted a quote to inspect/repair it. The facilities are modern and the staff seemed friendly and happy to help. Peter was extremely helpful and did a free inspection. Although he wasn't able to diagnose the rattle on the first visit due to time constraints, he inspected the suspension thoroughly and provided reassurance that it wasn't anything dangerous and I could safely continue driving. Next time in derby I'm happy to return for a more thorough inspection and repair. Thanks!

Cannot stress enough how helpful and knowledgeable these guys are. After a tyre blowout caused by a broken passenger side spring in the morning they completed repairs and had me back on the road in the afternoon on the same day. Just had my A6 done for less than half what the main dealer quoted! Car was ready when they promised, and the bill was what they quoted. As authorised mechanics your service record and warranty is maintained. Don’t think about going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I used to be nervous about taking my car into a garage. But I love this company. Not only did they explain everything but their facilities were spotless, which is why the RAC guy recommended them to me. They were totally professional ( with three people serving me), and even though I've only been in there twice, they remembered my name this morning! Now THAT is what I call service. Had an intermittent problem with my car losing power and sometimes engine not started, took it to a couple of garages who couldn't diagnose the problem. I found this little Gem in Derby Sunset Garage, who were able to diagnose the problem straight away and rectify it. Staff were very helpful, honest and professional.
