I Looked at the website to begin with, which wanted payment via PayPal, so contacted them direct.
The lady who took the call "Machala", was polite and helpful and the process took less than 5 minutes. The best surprise was that the I paid (by credit card) was less than on the website which required a PayPal account.
All in all a positive experience.
