I found the customer service to be excellent and they kept me informed of what was happening with my car. The work competed was of a high standard and the car was valeted inside and out before being returned to me promptly
C. B.My car was repaired in just 4 days! The lady at the front desk (I'm so sorry I cant recall your name, blonde with glasses and very smiley) was so so helpful and accommodating. She arranged every step around me and made sure I was looked after. She even offered to wait for me so I could collect my car after I finished work. The condition my car was returned to me in was unbelievable it looks brand new. I honestly could cry I'm so happy and pleased with it. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and professional. The best service I've recieved in a long time. Thank you so much!

repair job it took over a week to to.
It was so full of vehicles at the front parking area it was a worry my car might get damaged there. They look desperate for larger premises .
