I bought 4 tyres online and booked an appointment. I was attended to on-time, bya very pleasant fitter. The free alignment check showed no error, so there was no attempt to con me into paying extra. (This is a BIG plus! Around 40 years ago I witnessed a fitter in Edinburgh spraying WD40 on a young lady's shock absorbers then telling her they all need replaced.) I would give 5* but for one major issue: I'd looked up the price online, then gone to the branch that said it had stock. (In fact, there were only 2 in stock, so I would have had to get them ordered from the depot, anyway.) When I asked for the tyres at the branch, the price quoted was around £100 MORE than the online price! (Both included fitting, etc.) Instead of ordering inside the branch, I sat in the parking space and ordered online saving, as I said, around £100. I could not fault the service, though.

Friendly efficient service. I had a slow puncture, phoned in and was offered a time later that day. Sat comfortably reading my book in peace while I waited. I've used them a few times and trust their work which is reasonably priced as well.

Halfords had turned me away as they no longer fit the lights for my car (too difficult). Lee and Ryan and Blair at Kwik-Fit did an amazing job though, removing the whole headlight, and managing to find and replace a tiny side light bulb in what was a very tricky operation. On top of that, the price was cheaper than Halfords which was an additional bonus. Really appreciate the excellent help and indeed customer service from the three of them. Great job.

So pleased and really happy with service I got. I Phoned a branch closer to home couldn't get seen until later day so phoned to ask if Kwik fit halbeath could kindly check my tyre even though it was at end of business day. Blair was considerate booked me in even though elsewhere you would have most likely got told to come following day. Blair just proved his expertise as he did a diagnostic test (without rushing) on my tyre which had fluctuating tyre pressure only to reveal tyre valve was faulty. He showed me this and replaced it for me getting me back on the road home safely. Honestly it gave me so much peace of mind and very thankful to Blair for his efforts and fitting me in towards end of day. Amazing friendly service..He definitely deserves recognition and I would recommend for his fast efficient and effective considerate service. Thanks so much ...one happy customer with peace of mind! Great service from Blair at Kwik Fit. Aligned my wheels perfectly first try after national tyres attempted it 4 times and was still pulling to the left. After Blair test drove my car, the rear Flexi pipe to the brake caliper failed. Blair managed to source the part and have it delivered within a half hour to get me back on the road at a reasonable price! Restored my faith in Kwik Fit, cheers!

Came out of Dobbie's Dunfermline to a flat tyre on Sunday 14thAugust.Nightmare as had to make our way home to Edinburgh !We pulled into Kwik Fit at 3. 45 pm but they were closing at 4pm, so we were not holding out much hope.How wrong were we? Ryan and Ben worked super quick to ensure our safe return home.Ryan was one of the most efficient young guys I have encountered recently ,as everywhere you go these days you have to jump through hoops to achieve a satisfactory outcome ! Staff were all courteous and friendly and Cameron was keeping things moving and taking everything in his stride at the office with customers and deliveries all arriving at once. Booked in for free tracking check, was apprehensive about adjustment cost but when explained about the benefits would be worth the expense and expected the charge. When the fitter set up tracking he came back and showed me all was good, surprised and pleased, other option was to rebalance tyres which was done and a fraction of the cost. We called kwikfit yesterday as we had a suspected nail in our tyre. We gave them our car details and we agreed to call in this afternoon by which time they would have a replacement tyre in stock if required. When we arrived it was quickly established that what we mistook for a nail was in fact a stone. The tyre pressure of all of our tyres was checked and found to be in order and we left with no charge being made for an outstanding service. My MOT was done on time and dealt with efficiently whilst I waited outside the garage. It failed for my front tyre size and some light faults. I waited whilst work was done for the problems to be sorted. Imagine my pleasure when John Cameron told me there was no charge other than the £45 MOT test fee. They had used my spare tyre from the boot and the lights fault was down to loose wires. Kwik Fit could have charged me for this and I would have been none the wiser. Very positive experience. Sorted my mums blown exhaust within an hour which included them getting the part delivered to them. Nice clean waiting room with tea and coffee offered. I was pleased to see the way the manager dealt with an older gentleman. He sat with him and explained what had been done in a very caring manner, even though the job was at no cost.

Booked two tyres on line and made a fitting appointment. They were obviously busy when I arrived so did not start at the appointed time but job completed within an hour. One small issue was they didn't fit a dust cap to one of the wheels so had to return the next morning to get one fitted. Part of an exhaust fell off my car, and following the advice of the RAC patrol who got me going again I went to Kwik Fit. The service was superb: no nonsense, a clear cost of what needed to be done (very reasonable) and when it could be done. This repair required a brand new Saab exhaust (all of it!) to be sent from Cheshire to Fife, but I was back on the road in just under three days. Fantastic service. I will use this garage again if I need something similar in the future.

Well i went there for the first time, i was loosing pressure in a tyre. But doesn't really bad. I wanted to take information about the fault and know the price before fixed up. They show me a nail on their hand and said. The cost for repair is 25pound. Well, i haven't any options to say No. Because the nail was out from the tyre. I think that i could buy another tyre second hand for less. So i put a complaint and they gave me a new price. 10£. So. They don't put the prices.. i know. But the can fix your wheels and the wrong situations.. that the reason i put 3 stars. Thanks

Went in for two rear tyres and asked about a vibration issue as well. After putting it on the plate brake tester, recommended two rotors, pads, and one new caliper.
