Great, friendly service, above and beyond today. NHS Community Nurse. Brake dust shield came loose behind my wheel. Did my back in trying to get a tight wheel nut off. Needed the car for work next day. The boys let me visit 5 minutes before closing time, removed the brake shield, tightened my wheel nuts up and I was good to go. Boys wouldn't charge me anything for their great work. Thanks lads. Kwik-Fit, keeping the NHS running at Christmas...

What a place. The guys were so understanding and kind when I was in a panic. I filled my car with too much oil, I was an hour and a half away from home and these guys sorted me out without making me feel stupid. I was travelling away for the weekend when I heard my brakes scrapping so I popped in looking for help they were short on staff and had no brake trained staff so the young boy called his manager to see when he was back from his days off to fix my brakes and even though he was on holiday that week he came down and fixed my brakes! Driving into Dunfermline on Diamond Jubilee Thursday there was a warning indication that a tyre was deflating which turned out to be a screw in the nearside rear tyre. I took the car into Farmers Autocare at 3pm hoping they would repair the tyre as I needed the car for the holiday weekend but they told me they couldn't repair it as they were closing early at 4pm. As I was heading home I dropped into Kwik Fit in Hospital Hill and they were only too happy to repair the tyre even although they were also closing at 4pm and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable price. I was extremely relieved, happy and thankful for the staffs' no problem, can do attitude.

This morning was the first time I've taken my car to KWIK-FIT on Hospital Hill and the service was amazing. very friendly atmosphere. Met Aiden when i first arrived and he is super nice and knows his stuff. I got 4 new tyres fitted and wheel aligned in less than an 1.5 hours. I cannot praise these guys highly enough. I brought my car in with a broken dampener spring just before Christmas, 2 days before I was due to travel and 20 mins before they were due to close for the day and they couldn't be more helpful. The mechanic, Jordan, even came in on his day off to do the repair to make sure the car was repaired in time for me which really went above and beyond and was also hugely appreciated.

I was having trouble with my car pulling to the right. It got to the point that it felt unsafe so I called Kwik fit and they fitted me in first thing the next day. I was sceptical at first as the car had already been looked at my multiple places and was still pulling but they managed to fix the problem with the alignment and now she's running beautifully. These guys were absolute life savers for me over the Christmas period! Called up on Sunday 27th December with a potential oil leak, Aiden knew instantly what was wrong, brought the car in the next day which was the Boxing Day Bank holiday and even though all the suppliers were shut, these guys went above & beyond for me & I got my car back only 2 days later. Fantastic service. Spoke to Aiden Moran the supervisor on shift and explained to him I’d recently had my air con recharged ( Halfords) but was still blowing hot air. He instantly knew it hadn’t been done properly and explained the procedure and time it takes to get done. Went in to get a potential flat sorted. The guys up it up on a ramp, did all there tests to find it. Came back to me, asked if it was still under warranty? I said yes, to which they said I should take it back to the dealership as a they said it was the sensor valve leaking. I thought this was very nice of the guys, as they could have charged me £90 odd pounds for a new one, and I would have been none the wiser. Just nice to have honesty. Well done guys. Would I go back? We are always greeted professionally and in a friendly manner, and they all GO THE EXTRA MILE every time. Even in short notices( x2 with flat tyres). We are always treated fairly in explanations of services needed to our vehicle (unlike the Total rip off experience at the Livingston branch). The service is always carried out in a timely manner and the car left clean(without the mechanics oder/grime). It is because of the Excellence in the all round experience that we travel from our home in Whitburn West Lothian (64 miles round trip). Tommy Reid and his staff are ONE IN A Million and we will continue to use their expertise and service for all our mechanical needs.

My wife had a nail through her tyre, she got this whilst leaving her ambulance station to go pick up our kid. She arrived at Kwik Fit 10 mins before closing time with no purse and asked if they could take a look. Not only did they take a look they identified the issue and corrected it right away. The guys stayed behind and couldn't help us both enough. In the current climate we are both working really long hours to support different functions as essential workers the guys have no idea how much this helped and genuinely my wife was in tears at their kindness and means we can both get back to supporting the key functions we have been asked to support. Too ages to get two front tyres fitted after having a puncture and they didn't even look that busy.
