Used Mark to carry out a car parking ding on my car and was blown away by the results. Mark has managed to repair the damage as if it wasn't there and even found another problem and repaired that as well! As I wasn't there he then sent me a picture of the repair to compare to my original damage photo. Another fantastic job by Mark today. Small but noticeable dent on the bonnet of my 4 month old black Audi A3. Aluminium panel so a little more work than steel. As a result of someone allowing their door to open into mine, I contacted Dent-Tek to get a price for having the resulting dent removed. I visited Mark at his workshop, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the job and give a very reasonable price, and arranged a convenient date and time for him to come out to me. The day before the appointment, Mark rang and firmed up what time he would arrive. On the day of the appointment he text when he was on his way. On arrival, he was straight to work, making the removal of the dent look effortless with his skills and professional equipment. Repair took less than a hour. The door looks good as new. Mark is very pleasant to talk to whilst being extremely professional throughout. Basically 5 stars all round: Price, Workmanship, Communication. I cannot recommend Dent-Tek enough.

This is the second time I've used Mark for Dent removal, he was recommended by a local prestige garage. The first time was for a nasty dent in the rear quarter of a mini cooper, the second time for a crease in the door of my Alfa, on both occasions Mark's work is incredible, both repairs utterly invisible. Don't use anyone else!

More like Dent-Wizard! My bonnet received a pounding from someone after a night out, up to 8 small - medium sharp dents in it with some larger area damage due to the force involved. The dents were in really awkward places and in the beginning I really couldn’t imagine a way they could be repaired by someone at all. I was quoted around £900 for a new bonnet from all body shop repair garages. Mark beat this price by more than half and I had to literally pick my jaw up from off the floor when he rolled the car out of his unit for me to collect. The bonnet looked absolutely brand new! Unbelievable skill and service, would recommend to everyone who has dent damage on your car. Every time I go out to the car I still can’t believe the job he did! Go and see for yourself - superb!

Discovered a dent in the wheel arch of my wife’s 5 week old car after she'd parked at the local shops. Got quotes ranging from £350 to £450 from local body shops who wanted to fill the dint and re-spray the whole wing. Contacted Mark at Dent-Tek and emailed him a few photos. He got straight back to us and said he thought he would be able to make a repair. I have to say I was quite sceptical because the dent was across the crease of the wheel arch and was quite sharp at one point. Still, we thought we had nothing to loose. We scheduled an appointment the following week. Mark arrived on time and spent around two hours “massaging” out the dint. When I saw the repair I was genuinely amazed, for all intents and purposes it was as good as new. I have no idea how he did it, it was like magic. The price was less than half what I’d been quoted by the body repair shops and of course there was no re-spraying involved nor the problems with colour matching that can bring. Big thanks to Mark. I hope I never need his services again but I’ll be straight back to him if I do.

This guy is amazing. I call him the metal whisperer! He achieved results on a dent that were deemed impossible to remove by hand. 100% satisfaction. This guy is seriously talented and totally professional. As the story makes interesting reading : my father in law purchased dent repair insurance with his new car 2 years ago. A car park dent needed to be corrected. Safe in the knowledge of being insured for such an event, my father in law calls the company who were recommended for dents. A kid arrived to deal with the dent and damaged the dent further by pushing pimples into the paint. He then said it’s not going to work out, I cannot do it and deems the damage unrepairable - so then packs up his tools after damaging the car bodywork further. This damage has now frustrated my father in law. I live 250 miles away, but the power of the internet allowed me to find Mark. I sent him the images, he identified the car and dimples caused by the other repair company and he said, I will take a look at it. Mark performed a repair using knowledge and experience and my review is to thank him for making a fabulous job of what was a depressing looking dent in my father in laws car. Found mark using google and seeing these reviews on here so booked In to remove some dents I had on my Subaru, arrived on time and he started to work on the car I actually waited around (as normally I just leave people to do what they have to do) but I was curious to see how the procedure worked! He was kool with that and had a chat etc any ways 30 mins later or so all dents removed also removed 3 dents in the front wing free of charge. Legend! thanks very much highly recommend.
