Professional, knowledgeable and affable. Upon taking ownership of a Landrover and becoming aware of the 10 year service requirements, I looked to friends for recommendations. - The same name kept cropping up - one I was already aware of - HR Auto Specialists, but I'd not used their services. From enquiry through to completion of work, they kept me informed as to what & why was needed, giving me options as to the best solution. I got the car back, with work completed and a bill that was fair for the work involved. After having the Landrover required 10 year service, I returned to have additional work done and I'm happy to recommend these guys. If you require work for your 4x4 Vehicle, from servicing - to bespoke manufactured parts / Adventurising - they are a credit to County Durham and worth a visit if you're ever in the North East.

The thought of going into a garage usually fills people with fear. An issue happened with the car while I was in this neck of the woods. What a great bunch of people here. They couldn't of been more helpful. When I told them of my problem they knew what to do with the car . They fixed it with speed and at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much and I got back to Hampshire with no trouble what so ever. If your in the area these chaps are the only people you need.

I have had various issues with my car since bought a couple of years ago and many other 'garages' have not been able to resolve them. These guys are great, not only is the car now fixed, safe and running sweet I feel confident that it's been done professionally. Good, honest workmanship and good old fashioned manners. Fantastic service and very competitive price!! Fixed my Merc ignition and various other issues and were very professional. I wouldn't use any other garage - they went above and beyond arranging a locksmith and a tow truck. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

There are literally no words for how amazing this business is... but here is a start. I'd been waiting around for a previous garage to help me sort my landrover out and I've always been messed about, it's taken almost a year to figure out the problem and I just bit the bullet and sent it miles from home based on a recommendation. Chris and Simon are two of the most clued up fellas and put your right at ease. Chris called me within 3 days of having the car and figured out the issue, it took only a couple of weeks once we'd sorted out the parts to get it running again and my gratitude to them is off the scale. I could not recommend HR Autos highly enough they really are the donkeys doodahs! I'll definitely be back (owning an old landy - of course I will) 🤣
