E. E.I rang yesterday morning after having a temporary fix for a puncture by the AA. Kwik Fit Durham were able to get me in that day and repair the puncture without need for new tyre. I was seen straight away and was communicated with at all stages. Super quick and professional service. Reasonable price as well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
K. H.Always had great service but especially this week from Jack and Darren. A spring had snapped and he looked at in on the evening and had sorted it the next day, he kept the price down as low as possible as it was completely unexpected. I also didn’t realise my MOT was due to expire so had to ring them on the morning to see if they could do it, Jack had asked Darren to do it and as it was such short notice and with them being fully booked I was really grateful that they could do it! I will always take my car to Kwik Fit as they have never let me down. Thank you so much Jack and Darren!!

W.I needed tracking and £64+ is a ridiculous price considering other organisations will do tracking for almost half that price.I was told the cost of your equipment made the tracking more reliable and the other organisations had cheap equipment so would provide a poorer service. Don’t disrespect other organisations in front of your customers , it gives a bad impression. I couldn’t get an MOT and service at the same appointment as it was too busy so did not get any savings .

Alf from Quickfit, who was really busy, took pity on me and quickly took my car into the workshop and showed me where to wait in the warm. Can’t think of a better Xmas prezzie, elated and relieved that I was going to be mobile over the Xmas period. I am disabled and can’t get out without my car.
Alf was my Xmas angel. He went above and beyond to help me.

G. R.My battery had died but I managed to get the MPV going but couldn't switch off as it wouldn't start again. I spent an age driving around Durham trying to find someone to help. The normal suspects e.g. Halfords shop and Halfords service both said they could do nothing to help.
Then I found your local Kwik Fit dealership and went in to explain the situation. The manager Alf Skelton was just excellent, he came, looked, took some details and came straight back and fitted a new battery just when I was getting a bit frantic. All done and for a fair price as well to say I was relieved was an understatement. This is the place to go in future!

R. H.Lads does the job but really isn't thorough. Charged AC refrigirant just to find out the car actually has a leak in the system, lads filled it up without acknowledging the leak.

Which was probably the right choice but then operative informed that lambda sensor damaged on removal so needed replacing.which turned out to be expensive when I checked online prices. H. N.The staff on duty first thing yesterday morning (26 April) went out of their way to help me with a flat tyre, when I was in a hurry to set off on a long journey. I very much appreciated this, as well as their always quick, efficient, and friendly service.
M. M.I ordered 4 tyres online as Kwik Fit had an offer on but had to book my car in a week later to have them fitted. When ordering online please be aware that Kwik Fit will take the money out immediately and not on the day you have the tyres fitted. When the tyres cost hundreds of pounds this can be a bit of a surprise!
The work was completed quickly and professionally and am happy with the job.

P.Very easy process to book online for the tyres I purchased at the best price available anywhere else on the internet. Its a brand new very clean modern fitting centre with a nice waiting area where you can watch the work bering carried out.
Its also close to a variety of different shops if you wish to kill a bit of time while the work is being done.
