Absolutely fantastic service from Marc and his team. Limped my transit in with no power. Ad blue issues, dpf problems and a failing turbo. Marc was constantly updating me with the progress and when I picked it up a week later it was like driving a different van. Thanks guys. Gonna get the bike in next for a remap and can't wait to see what you can do to that!

Marc and his team are absolute superstars sorting out and replacing my EGR valve that put my evoque into limp mode. I’m a self employed mechanic 150 miles away from turbo pacs ltd. I rang them, following a YouTube video I saw, to seek some advice on a fiesta I’m having issues with, most people just fob you off and don’t want to share their knowledge. Not Turbo Pacs, with nothing else to gain except loosing valuable time they gave me some superb advice which all turned out to be correct (even the seized bolts I would fine!). Stands to show their depth of knowledge in the field and in the 20 or so years I’ve been in the trade that knowledge is beyond value. If you have a turbo/dpf fault and want it diagnosed PROPERLY this is where I would go if I was local, no question! Thank you again guys, fiesta now purrs.

My motorcycle was in need of a service and new tyres. Due to my tight work schedule Marc came through to my property and collected my pride n joy. I was informed that the bike was ready for collection. I was really surprised by the bill; my estimate had it at over twice for what I paid (going on past experiences with other dealers). Nathan explained everything that was done and also any areas that may have been of concern. My only advice to anyone getting work done, anywhere, would be that if you're supplying parts to fit to your bike then make sure that they are meant for your bike/model. The added expense incurred by your mistake cannot be blamed on these lads. They go the extra mile to make a good job work. Overall a pleasant experience carried out with the care and attention to detail that is sadly missing at some dealers. These guys are my first stop for anything to do with my motorbike as nothing is too much trouble to sort out.

After researching for the best company to work on my car, I was recommended to go speak to the team at Turbo Pacs. What struck me immediately was how knowledgeable they are, and helpful as I was indecisive on what I really wanted! They created three quotes with different options, and this enabled me to make a good decision that was what I wanted within my budget. Then they collect my vehicle and the work process was seamless from start to finish. Even when I kept calling to find out where they were up to, they were very patient with me. My car is now fine tuned and updated to the spec I wanted, and with a few added extras' they included into the price! I highly recommend Turbo Pacs and would give 10 stars if possible!!

My 4 x 4 V8 Toyota Landcruiser recently displayed three amber warning lights on the dash. Booked car into Toyota dealer located in Gateshead for diagnstic check. Dealer advised diagnosis showed my car needed a new turbo unit at a cost of almost £7,000 yes thats correct £7,000. Not convinced that the diagnosis was correct I contacted Mark at TURBOPACS arranged to take the car to him for another diagnostic check and boy or boy am I pleased I did. These guys diagnoisied the problem at a cost of £400.00 my beloved big, black & beautiful 4 x 4 Toyota Lancruiser is now running as smoothly as the day it was first put on the road. Can't praise Mark & Nathan enough, fantastic result, brilliant service and above all very very knowledgeable when it comes to under performing engines. Highly recommend you talk with MARK at TURBOPACS if you experience any power loss etc with the vehicle. THANK YOU !!!!

I couldn’t rate Turbopacs highly enough. I was informed every step of the way, and advised of the problem and solution by Jason in no time at all. He even went to the trouble of dropping my car at their Durham branch, after it had been fixed, which was much more convenient for me. After collecting the car, and only driving a short distance, well it was like driving a brand new car. The performance and fuel consumption has improved greatly. Had a long standing problem with my Audi Q7. Been in and out of 3 garages to try and solve the problem with it going into limp mode. Emailed 3 companies for advice. mark took the time to call me and discuss the problem and asked to see the vehicle for a diagnosis. They were approx 70 miles away from me so made the decision to take the car to Mark. An hour later mark confirmed what was wrong and advised the correct fix. Booked the car in for a day or 2 and it was all sorted. It was more expensive than i thought it was going to be but a long standing 6 month problem was resolved !!! From the initial phone call, Marc explained the full breakdown of how my turbo worked and what it sounded like had went wrong. I gave him my damaged turbo and within 3 working days I was collecting it again, looking brand new, and leaving with more knowledge than I’d known before. DPF filter on my Jaguar XF 3L V6 warning light came on saying it was full. Marc at Turbo Pacs gave great advice and friendly service. On collecting my car after the work was completed, it was like having a new car again! The pick up in acceleration was immediate, on lag at all and this wasn't just in the initial gears. The power just kept kicking in at every gear change and the performance increase astonished me. The price was more expensive than I was expecting to pay, however, the outcome is also better than I ever expected. Marc is a lovely bloke, who I would highly recommend to anyone, wanting to improve their cars performance and I will be definitely using hime and Turbo Pacs again in the future.

I took my 59 plate Ford Galaxy to TurboPACS Durham with engine management issues. Marc very quickly diagnosed a faulty turbo. He replaced the turbo, serviced the car and carried out a Hydroflow carbon clean. I could immediately feel and hear the difference when I got the car back and took it out for the first time. Marc and his team were extremely professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with everything which was carried out. I would highly recommend TurboPACS to anyone having similar problems.

Audi A6 3.0 TDI Bought new Oct 2006 - 70k mileage Problems Huge amounts of white smoke on morning start-up. Marc diagnosed that an oil leak on the turbo was the cause of the white smoke. An Audi specialist had previously diagnosed the all six glow plugs had failed but they would not get involved since they are very fragile and therefore it was high risk that one or all of them could break off in the cylinder head on removal. Marc was candid that it would be tricky to get them out but he was confident that he could do it – however he also confirmed that there was a chance of snapping the fragile glow plugs in the cylinder head (£ ouch). Outcome All six glow plugs successfully removed and replaced (phew result – well done Marc). Turbocharger replaced Service and HydroFlow done. The engine and exhaust components were obviously contaminated with carbon residues – not anymore. The car is now like new - no more white smoke on start-up and no black smoke whatsoever on full throttle acceleration. The car is now quiet & smooth, and I am astonished at how it now drives and feels. I will definitely have the HydroFlow treatment done again at the next service. Mike Barwick

Had a major problem with warning lights on my Toyota avensis. Took car to local toyota dealership they diagnosed the dpf and possibly a problem with the associated sensors. They carried out a forced regeneration which initially corrected all the warning lights and cleared the dpf. After one week everything was back to before, warning lights etc. Was quoted £2600 worse case scenario. I learned of turbo pacs gave them a call spoke to Marc. The following day i took the car to him. He found that the dpf had the highest reading he had ever had 510%. Also a replacement sensor was required . Marc was able to replace the sensor and obtain a reading of just 12%. Iam incredibly grateful and appreciate the work involved in getting this result as this car is used for work as a taxi it now runs superbly. Many thanks to turbo pacs!!

Dpf and turbo problem fixed within 24hrs! My car had been to 5 different garages previously over a 4 month period and no one could fix it. My turbo died on my mk6 golf while I was up home from London for Christmas. Obviously, this wasn’t great and I feared staring down a HUGE bill just after Christmas. I was put on to Marc and the lads at Turbopacs and that was that. Popped down to see Marc in at the Durham branch. All diagnosed and booked in with in 10 mins. Told him I needed the car for driving back down south and it was no bother at all. The car now has a Garrett turbo and a service and feels like a new car. Price didn’t break the bank either. DPF filter full on my Jaguar XF, and having tried the 'High revs low gear motorway run' and found it unsuccessful I went to TurboPacs for advice and help. At the Durham Branch I spoke to Mark who explained every aspect of DPF renewal, and causes of filter becoming full. To cut a long story short, the next day dropped off my car and returned a few hours later to find all the work complete. Engine running better than ever, Customer service I received was first class. Price very reasonable and should I ever need any of their help I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called Turbo Pacs Ltd in desperation after taking my Audi A5 3.0 to Halfords for a PDF clean and got the car back in limp mood and told I need to see Audi directly. Marc answered and straight away explained the situation in detail. Why it happened, what had happened and some options how to move forwards. Taken my car over that weekend, got it back shortly after and it's a new machine! Marc and the staff are welcoming, friendly, honest and know their ****. Remember you get what you pay for.
