K. T.I purchased one of Paul's 6 speed gearboxes for a mk1 MR2, mine having succumbed to the 5th gear pop out. I was a bit hesitant given the price, but now the new gearbox is in I'm well happy. The car is so much quieter, I'd not realised just how much whine there had been in top, plus now it revs lower too. The closer ratios going up I swear make the car feel that little bit more eager too. A definite upgrade.
