One of lives mysteries! How has it taken me so long to discover Dale and Scott? My old van was in need of a fairly big repair and was told it wasn't worth repairing so I was ready to get it uplifted for scrap, however when I read the reviews of other satisfied customers who use Ainslie Park garage, I thought that I would give them a call, Dale answered, asked what the problem was and within an hour he was at my door, he nursed my vehicle back to his workshop. He explained that they were very busy but would get on to it as soon as possible, which was fine with me, now I have my old van back on the road again after a repair very well done. I'm so pleased that I've found a garage workshop that I will have no doubts about using in the future.

Outstanding service from Dale and his team. Popped in to change full suspension components. Expected to wait a couple days for the job to be complete. Dale phoned me same day to pick up the car. He showed me exactly what he had done with the car still on the ramp and then showed me photos of the work when it was being carried out. I drove out with full confidence. Great service. He changed spark plugs and coil packs for me. Again, great service. He also diagnosed and helped me fix a vacuum leak. He had with no previous knowledge of this engine and used methodical techniques to find the issue. This was an issue that had taken over a year to solve and having been to multiple garages, “specialists,” and wasted thousands of pounds in diagnostics and hopeful new parts. If you cannot already tell from my experience, I would highly recommend visiting Dale for anything from a simple oil change to full on diagnostics and repairs.

After spending 3 hours in another garage which I won’t name, I was told they couldn’t change my fuel filter on my VW golf down to the plastic pipes as this was a specialist job and they didn’t have the skill or tools. They tried for over 3 hours while I waited for update. This filter was leaking petrol at a fast rate. I called Dale he couldn’t have been more helpful said this was a must to be fixed today as dangerous. Without the filter, your fuel could end up tainted and because it was leaking it had to be looked at today. Dale kept garage open late, changed my filler, topped up oil and even fixed my break light oh and added screen wash. These are the sort of things I always forgot to check. Amazing job and also service with a smile. Went over and beyond to help. Also prices are so reasonable. This garage desire the 5 star review I am giving. I have now booked my car in for full service next as can’t believe one garage that I used for years couldn’t do this job within 3 hours and Dale turned it around within half a hour. He now has a new customer for life in me Thank you for your service and help today

My car broke down last week and I called Dale on a Saturday afternoon with no expectations that it can be helped on that day. Dale went above and beyond to help me - he drove to the location and fit one of his own batteries in the car so I can drive it to his garage. Clear, transparent and professional service all around, reasonable prices as well! Dale provides excellent customer service, he provides explanations and suggestions that are in the customer’s best interest! Will be coming back and will be recommending to other people!

After a couple of bad experiences with other garages I thought Id try this local one. It doesn't look much, no bells and whistles, seating areas or coffee machines but clean and well presented. I don't think my booking was in the diary but it wasn't an issue, Dale took the car and first thing he asked was for last service details as he didn't want to do anything unnecessary. To me, that's a good start I'm not there to be ripped off. I requested a full service as it hadn't been done a couple of years and my book was requested so he can note down everything he's done so next year he will check mileage and let me know what needs done vs my mileage. I didn't feel intimidated, my questions weren't given flippant answers, everything explained in full detail so I will be using and recommending this garage going forward

I’ve had my car in for new brakes and an MOT and it was top service both times. I don’t know much about cars and have found visiting other garages intimidating in the past when my lack of knowledge has been taken advantage of. Genuinely glad to have found this place. The team are honest and friendly and doing a good job for a fair price seems to be a priority for these guys. I feel an honest genuine service can be rare these days and even if I move away from the area I’ll continue to bring my car back to Ainsley Park Garage.

I went to see Dale as the battery of my car was not working due to the cold weather. Straight away, he came over with me to start it with his portable charger. He gave me lots of useful information for this not to happen again and suggested to take it back to his garage to keep the engine on for about an hour to make sure it was working properly, and so I would not have to waste my time inside the car for that long. Really lovely business - was initially a bit unsure because there was no website, but the reality is they aren't bothered by a flashy website just doing a good job at fair price. Managed to squeeze in my car last minute after it failed its MOT and did a great job, explaining the process and being very transparent throughout - 100% would return for future issues

Dale checked my newly bought used car for safety. The garage had safety measures in places to deal with Covid, which was reassuring (cordon to respect 2m distance, hand sanitiser etc,...). Dale fixed the rattling on the exhaust and put a new lightbulb in the back breaking lights, all for free. He even helped me reverse back in the busy road by holding up traffic for me. Will go back for service when needed. Really helpful and professional.
