Great customer service. Was nervous about going back after some dull patches on paintwork but couldn’t have been more helpful, apologetic and got issues fixed within an hour. Got one thing to resolve but plan in place and assured of a positive outcome.

Did a good job in the end, but job took 4 times as long as they originally estimated, and I had to chase them for an update on my car at the end of the day I was told it would be ready. Was also left in a waiting room for over 20 minutes while I dropped off my car. The guy giving me the courtesy car (Nissan note, which had a steering rack from the 80s) told me not to ding the alloys, after just inspecting my car and no doubt seeing my alloys in mint condition. Not the most friendly of attitudes!

My Mitsubishi returned within 5 days, as in for an insurance repair. I was always kept in the loop on progression, from the pleasant lass on other side of the phone. As for repair, top notch and 5 stars from me. From beginning to end, a pleasant experience.

These guys repaired my Vauxhall Vectra and they did a good job. Some years later I spotted a little corrosion from the rear wheel arch (it's exposed to lots of grit & salt). I took the car back, they inspected it and said that they would repair it under warranty - no fuss and very polite. The repair wasn't easy because of the area involved. They took a bit longer but explained why the extra time was necessary. Upon collection it was clear that they had done a thorough job and I am pleased with the repair and their service. I have three cars and am very particular about all of them - this Vectra is my commuter-mobile and is worked very hard. I would recommend these guys.
