Would like to highly recommend this Garage after an excellent experience with them today. Owner Sebastian chatted to me over phone and encouraged me to bring my Van in so he could assess repair. My first impression was confidence with him and later on around 410pm I duly arrived and was welcomed and my Van was examined. Broken spring coil on n/s front and job estimated. The young Mechanic Ryan diligently began and completed ✅ around 6pm having overcome some issues patiently and professionally. Don’t forget it’s Good Friday tomorrow and Easter Monday to follow so I can’t express my thanks enough for this fantastic service carried out efficiently and courtesy by a great Team. I shall definitely be using them for Service and MOT from now on. Much appreciated that they kept me on the road as this is a business Van!

I cant rate Jack Walker highly enough, Seb & Shannon are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. I had many issues with my car, both Seb & Shannon kept me constantly updated on the situation, clear on cost of work which was extremely reasonable and nothing was too much bother for them. I normally loath going in to garages but I felt completely at ease at once and will now not use another garage. Lovely people with a great service, bit of a rarity these days!

Great garage. Diagnosed and repaired limp mode issues as well as identifying a partially worn cam shaft. 15 year old Passat running like new! Just need to sort the oil leak now!

I had my car in for service at the nearby VW garage, they quoted a ludicrious amount for brake pads and discs, and the timing belt change. I decided to shop around and called JWP. They quoted a figure over £300 less and seemed very pleasant and competent. I dropped my car off and they gave me a lift to my office, and picked me up again. I saved a serious amount and was very impressed with their service. No surprises, no funny business. Highly recommend.
