Always get the best service here. So a few weeks ago we had 4 new tyres- from here, and today we had a nail in one of them. Fortunately it was repairable - and the best part was……no charge. That’s how you build customer loyalty.

Did my MOT over there, very professional and polite stuff. Needed to change my bulb and they offered to do it for free and then passed my MOT. Will not only come back but as well will advice to my friends to get their cars checked in there. Before used Halfords and trully got worst experience with them, they have purposely disconnected my rear spray hose, luckily managed to put it back on. Kwi Fit all the way and screw SCAMMERS HALFORDS!!!

I had booked my BMW Z4 in to have all four tyres replaced. I was really impressed by the fantastic customer service I had received from the staff, which is a rarity nowadays. The whole team were super friendly and took care of my unmarked alloys; they even went the extra mile and removed all the old rubber adhesive left by the old balance weights, so just for that alone, I would have given any extra star rating if I could. I will also be recommending this branch to all my friends.

No messing about! Having identified an issue with both drivers side wheels 'squealing sporadically' I scheduled an appointment with Portobello for further inspection. I dropped my car off at 10.30am on Monday. I received a call an hour later telling me I needed a new brake-pad in the front and a new tyre to replace a cracked tyre at the back. At a cost of £200 I was happy to get the work completed there and then for both safety reasons and convenience.

What a great customer service I have experienced! Today James has changed one of my tires in no time! I had my kids sleeping in the back and I asked if they could stay in the car while he’s carrying out the work!? He said no problem just drive your car in the garage and we will get the job done for you! This is one great customer service! Highly recommended!

I must thank Leon and David from Kwik Fit Portobello. I felt that my brakes on my Land Rover Discovery needed to be checked so I made an appointment with the Portobello branch. When I got the phone call explaining what was wrong and told how much it would cost I was really amazed. I always find Kwik fit staff exceedingly helpful. This was proven again yesterday. I had bought 4 cross climates for my CRV a couple of years ago. One of them had taken to slow deflation recently. I took it in and the team were so helpful even 2 years after buying the tyres. They cleaned up the rim and checked it all out. I always try kwik fit first for tyres, and this sort of long term consistent helpful approach is why.

Great service as always. I bring my VW here regularly as many people recommend. Recent wheel bearing, disc and brakes all sorted and working great. The thing i like is nothing is too much trouble. Quite randomly my battery hasnt been too great so they checked straight away and replaced in no time at all, even working after close time to complete the job. Amazing service and great prices too!

Very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Unlike other kwik fits I have been to. The location is good too- its only 10 minutes drive from the centre, but they have a bit more availability than other kwik fits and you can have a few hours at portobello beach while they inspect / fix your vehicle.

If it's not ok once, hey, everyone can have an off day, however after finding myself with a flat tyre near this garage, having never been there or used their service, I called and asked it they could do something to fit me in. Leon told me to come and the team would see what could be done. Got there with the recovery truck. I was expecting a lost day and a Sunday morning emergency price and service, but no. Leon was just absolutely amazing. He looked at the issue and was able to send me my way in less than 40 minutes, explaining the whole process while fixing it and giving some useful advice. Paid £220 to get a problem with rear brakes fixed. It later turned out that these weren't the problem, so I was refunded in full and they helped me identify the problem free of charge. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it but they helped me find out who could and it didn't cost me a penny.

I stopped at this centre as my headlight bulb was out and had a flat tyre, I was spoken by the manager David and Leon, the garage seemed really busy but still fitted my car in to the workshop to get my puncture and bulb replaced, they took less than 20 mins to do everything!! Had to go yo Kwikfit really as I'd kerbed my rear wheel and damaged the sidewall and Kwikfit was next door to where I was parked when I tried to re-inflate the tyre. That said, Dave at the Portobello branch was great and I left my car there for an hour or so. Devided to replace both tyres while I was there and match the fronts. Looked up the same tyre replacement via black circles and it was maybe 20-30 quid less but this was an emergency so not too bothered about that. Overall...very happy with Portobello Kwikfit.

I had a flat tyre due to there being a screw in tyre called shop on friday 27-3-20 and was told to come up the next morning arrived at 8-45 and was given a time off 10am for work to be done which was great whilst talking to the mechanic mentioned that my wife and i were both support workers and were uneasy not having a spare and went away for a walk while work was being done i got back about 9-30 to find the work had been undertaken and more surprising that there was no charge . The mechanic in question was very cutious and said all they wanted was a nice review . Couldn’t be more grateful to the team in Portobello. I had just finished a 12.5 hour nightshift at the Royal Infirmary when I realised I had a nail puncturing my tyre. I called, spoke to Liam and was invited to come down immediately.
