Great experience with the mechanics here. Booked my car in for an MOT. I was expecting a few problems to arise, and within an hour they rang me to inform me of the problems and gave me a worst case estimate, but said they would try and reduce it if possible if there were things that could be saved. Which there were. And they managed to do all of this within a day. Really polite, professional and high quality service for both customer and car. Will definitely be coming back.

I initially decided to try S&J purely because they're about a 2 min drive from the house, however can't recommend them highly enough. 2 visits to date (MOT and fault codes). On both occasions, Ross and Wayne were very helpful, did a great job and offered excellent value for money. Easily the best garage I've used.

Highly recommend Ross & his team. Great service, very professional, competitive rates and go the extra yards. Today Friday I had a fuel leak under the Cosa C, they weren't able to fit me in, so Ross recommended another two repairers. In the mean time one of the team wizzed out and took a look. Was a corroded fuel filter, so was able to buy a new unit and replace it myself.

I had my car towed here this morning, sigh! The guys here are very professional, friendly and more than anything extremely accommodating. On top of all that they are also very reasonable. I got my car MOT and serviced .They offered me a collect and deliver option were they came and picked up my car from my place of work and returned later in the day when it was ready. Great service all round and costs are really competitive. I will be using SandJ again and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing group of lads!!! Me and my girlfriend broke down not far from the garage after spending the night in the city centre are battery had died they let me order a battery from euro car parts on there account and also lent me the tools to fit it as I am a mechanic in Newcastle. We would of been stranded if we had to leave the car to be fixed the next day with no money to pay for an extra night in a hotel. I can't stress how kind and helpful they where to us thank you so much. You may think that you had done nothing but you helped us in more ways than one. Thank you so much. P.S.
