Before any work was carried I always got a picture send by text, follow by phone call with detail explanation of what need to be done and what are my options. Never have any issues, maybe apart of one - they are that busy (I mean - that good) that sometimes you need to wait few days to book yourself in 😂 But when it is emergency they see you immediately!

E. S.(Translated) I am with Sunnyside for over 7 years. Darek is always available on the phone, few times deliviered my car to my house. My car is always washed after any service done. We always agree on price before he starts doing stuff if anything changes he always gives me a call to get my permission to keep going. Darek always keep used parts to show me and whenever I asked he leaves my car on the car jack to prove what exactly was done and changed. If I required any service which he can't perform he always recommend me other garage. Always sort out my MOT I don't have to bother with it, all I do is deliver my car and leave key. Way back I visited cos of issues with my brand new car which was still on manufacture warranty and Darek gave me an advice what to do also said he shouldn't touch my car as he doesn't want dealer to tell me that my warranty is overturn. Darek said I should have contacted them first otherwise my warranty could be in risk of cancellation/invailidation. That tells you he is honest, right? Otherwise he could have made money on me pretending all is cool but he didn't. I think all opinion should be made with exact details and full name . If someone attends garage and expect to pay £20 and not cover laborer costs then I would recommend lothian buses public transport around £60 a month :)let's be serious it's not a charity and I never felt they charge me a lot. I'm not gonna highlight that I drive 4x4 so parts to my car and tires are kinda expensive anyway but I can still afford it all with Sunnyside. Never had any unpleasant situation with them and I'm planning to visit them exactly in two weeks for another MOT. Don't think I would be able to trust another garage as much as I trust Sunnyside.
I have been using garage services for over 7 years. Mechanic always available by phone. He delivered the car to my house several times, the car is always washed after the service. We set the prices before the service, if something changes during the service, he always receives a phone call asking for permission to continue work. Old parts are always available for inspection, once I asked to see the replaced parts, the car was placed on the lift and the mechanic showed everything from A to Z. If there are things he does not deal with, such as painting cars - he always serves as a contact point to other garages. When I went to the garage with a car that had a warranty, the mechanic advised me to contact the dealer so that my warranty wouldn't be voided.... that's not how a dishonest garage behaves, right? And if someone expects to pay £20 in the garage and the labor will be free, I recommend the bus and ridacard :) it's not a charity, let's be serious. I will not emphasize that I drive 4x4, so parts and tires are expensive in themselves, but I have not come across cosmic prices in this place. I haven't had any unpleasant situations with the above garage so far and I personally think that opinions should be given by name and in detail. In two weeks I am planning another MOT, which Sunnyside will organize for me as usual :)

Korzystam z usług garażu od ponad 7 lat. Mechanik zawsze dostępny telefonicznie. Kilka razy dostarczył mi auto do domu,samochòd jest zawsze umyty po wykonanej usłudze. Ceny ustalamy przed usługą jeśli coś zmienia się w trakcie to zawsze otrzymuje telefon z zapytaniem o zgode na kontynuacje pracy. Części stare są zawsze do wglądu, kiedyś poprosiłam o pokazanie wymienionych części samochòd został umieszczony na podnośniku i mechanik pokazał wszystko od A do Z. Jeśli są rzeczy,ktòrymi się nie zajmuje jak np. Lakierowanie aut - zawsze służy kontaktem do innych garaży. Kiedy udałam się do garażu autem,ktòre posiadało gwarancje mechanik doradził,kontakt z dealer by moja gwarancja nie została unieważniona....tak się raczej nieuczciwy garaż nie zachowuje prawda? A jeśli ktoś oczekuje,że w garażu zapłaci £20 a robocizna bedzie za free to polecam autobus i ridacard :) to nie jest organizacja charytatywna bądźmy poważni. Nie będę podkreślała,że poruszam się 4x4 więc części i opony są drogie same w sobie ale nie spotkałam sie z kosmicznymi cenami w tym miejscu. Nie miałam do tej pory żadnych przykrych sytuacji z powyższym garażem i osobiście uważam,że opinie powinny być wystawiane imiennie i szczegòłowo. Za dwa tygodnie planuje kolejny MOT,który jak zwykle Sunnyside dla mnie zorganizuje :)
