I went to them after being recommended. The staff were lovely to deal with. Normally I am quite nervous getting work done to my car, but they stuck it on the ramp and told me everything that needed done within an hour. I already knew about the sump and the exhaust. But got the gearbox leak fixed aswell. But while I got told everything that needed done at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I went. I'll definitely be coming back as they exceeded my expectations. I'm actually really happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Only thing I regretted was walking 2 hours back home instead of the train. Very close to Glasgow aswell so I had no issues finding my way back after being in that area for the first time.

Best garage I've ever been to, the guys are fantastic. They take the time to explain the problem, what needs doing and why. A few years ago, after taking our car to the dealer we bought it from, being billed multiple times for work that didn't fix the issue, we took it to see the guys and they found and fixed the problem straight away. Not only did they do a good job, they sourced a second hand part for much less than a new one. Recently I took my new car to them to have the brakes and discs replaced, they're honest folk, definitely the only place i'll be taking my car for repairs and maintenance.

Had to change my positive review. Recently had my car fixed in the garage twice. On the first occasion, guys managed to fix the problem and explained the reason. I was happy with their work. Second repair I had there was not as smooth and I found out the quality of their work was not as expected. I like these guys but honestly cannot give them 5 stars.

I have used this garage for a couple years now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Turn around time on jobs is impeccable. Really hard finding a garage who’s normal response is “ohh that’s a big job” no excuses just your job done and come collect your car. Great guys at this garage. Took my wee car there today after having been to a main dealer to have it repaired and they did it for a lot less than I had originally been quoted and an excellent job too. My wee car feels like new and I thought I might have to get rid of it. Really friendly and speedy service. I was very impressed which is no mean feat and I will definitely be back in future. Top service from Shaz on my VW Polo. I got a wee Polo as a runabout so didn't want to spend too much money on it but there were a few noises coming from the engine and wheel areas. Took it to Arif's Autofix at short notice and even though they were extremely busy they fitted my car in and everything was done for a very good price. On collection, Shaz explained every single thing that was done to the car in detail and anything to look out for in the future. Car drives so much better now, no funny noises and much smoother. As long as I'm staying in Glasgow I'll be using this garage. MOT due in Sept will be dropping it down then too. A+ service.

Very impressed. Had noticed fluid stains on driveway - guessed shock absorber. On recommendation, went on spec at 10.10am, met Shaz - very friendly. Car up on ramp within 10 minutes, confirmed shocker leaking. Agreed very reasonable price. Shocker replaced and back on road at 11.00. Great service, would recommend.

I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone. I had a major breakdown and had to be taken there by the RAC. Rather than trying to obtain the repair work Shaz informed me that my vehicle was beyond economic repair however rather than just washing his hands of it he gave me terrific assistance at no charge to help me scrap the vehicle and obtain a fair price for it. I cannot praise him enough for the very friendly and helpful manner in how he assisted me.

Car was taken here by the RAC after the power steering belt and alternator belt fell off. The garage worked really hard to get the parts which is fairly difficult for my car. Really lovely people and very reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again.

Let me start off by saying I love my car. When you spend a lot of time in your car and it's your lifeline then you can't just hand anyone the keys. I did a lot of research of other mechanics before deciding on Shazad & Zahid and I'm glad I did. Just as other "bigger" companies are notorious for trying to scam you and sell you stuff you don't need, they boys are the complete opposite. They will take care of you from start to finish. To begin they managed to fit me in on very short notice, when I brought my wee pride and joy in they explained exactly what was wrong, what they were going to do, how much it would cost (a very competitive and fair price), and when it would be ready. I really couldn't ask for much more. To finish off, they just did a service but my car feels like it's brand new and I love driving it again. Take your car to these lads, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Only just getting to write this review now but was so pleased with the service I received from Shaz. Had an accident in my car and had the repairs done in another garage. When I got my car back I was noticing problem after problem so decided to get a second opinion from these guys. Shaz took me with him to drive the car around and try to find the source to the issues I was finding. He didn't find anything wrong but was the first mechanic to tell me that there seems to be an issue with my central locking system which no other mechanic has picked up before. Shaz took me through everything and explained what he was thinking could have been the issues without any jargon. Honest and straight to the point. I would and have recommended this garage to others. If I have any repairs needing done, I'll be heading straight here no questions asked.

After a breakdown just outside Glasgow, at the very start of our holiday the RAC took us here. Shaz stayed open late to wait for us and made us feel reassured. Even though the van required a gear box recondition, new clutch and some other bits sorting the turn around was quick and the price very reasonable considering the work carried out. Shaz called throughout the work to keep us up to date, recorded and photographed the process of repairs to prove the work had been done and even called a couple hours after we picked the van up to check that everything was okay. Couldn't recommend Shaz and his team enough, we feel lucky to have broken down here rather than elsewhere and would definitely use them again in the future.

What a fantastic garage a car brake down is never good but cant fault this garage. As two women who were dreading going in we were treated really well, everything was explained and discussed before any work being carried out, as tyre was damaged my friend wanted to drive back home on her space saver but garage wouldn't here of it as we had an hours drive so he put an old tyre on (but with enough tread to be safe) with strict instructions to drive carefully and get a new tyre asap. It took longer than first expteced so we were brought cups of tea. Very friendly and knowledgable garage I wish I lived in Glasgow as I wouldn't hesitate to go to this garage. (it is an RAC approved garage and we were taken there by the RAC after a break down the RAC man recommended this garage as he used it himself. While we were there another lady came in and she said she had be coming to this garage for years and couldn't fault them)
