a. r.I like the online booking slots, the mechanics were on the ball, I appreciate the video that is sent over looking over the car it shows to me everything is truthful, request is sent through to your mobile for confirming that you are happy for the work to be carried out which is payable via your phone(Luckily the last two times I have not needed any work). There has been past times that other garages lied to get more business from me, which resulted in me withdrawing my car.

Female receptionist told me she would call me before 5 I waited until 5.15 and called, was told my car was ready but they shut at 5.30 unable to get there in time which meant that could not taxi on a Friday night resulting in more loss of earnings . Would have been five stars !
