Staff in this place are amazing cant thank them enough for the help in getting my car fixed with even a tricky situation. Anything i was unsure about they were more than helpfull enough and even offer to send pictures an videos to try help the understanding of the work needed done pirice for work was realy good and didnt want to hand the car back till they were 100% happy with the work carried out and to top it all off they even dropped the car off at my work once it was ready i cant recommend this place enough not often u get a onest an as helpfull garage. I had my wheel alignment done today by Douglas and he was professional as soon I stepped into the office until the end. I was given a before and after reading of my wheel alignment. I could feel the difference as soon l left and drove home. The steering wheel now returns to the centre and I hope this cures the rear wheels wearing out from the inner edges. I will be definitely using B&m Centre for my next booking 10/10 for customer service.

Put my daughter's mini in for mot and service. Turned out it didn't need the service, so they checked the car over, put in some oil and only charged for the mot when they could've just done the service and charged for it. Didn't even charge for topping up the oil! Will definitely be going back when service is due.

Excellent service. First class guys who know their craft. I'd have no hesitation recommending them. I had my mini GP in for an inspection II service and their attention to detail was exemplary. From start to finish I received a brilliant service and the prices are so much better than a main dealer - it's a no brainier. These guys are specialists in their field and are real enthusiasts so they know what they are talking about - I'm so fussy about my car and who works on it - you petrol heads know what I mean - and I'd gladly trust Douglas and his team of technicians with my pride and joy anytime. Easy, friendly & professional. Had my BMW in for discs & pads. ad a small hiccup of the new discs being too small, typically the beamer needed bigger & fancier ones. Most garages this set back would mean a tomorrow delivery of parts from supplier but they were upfront & quickly got the new, bigger discs that day letting me get the car back quickly with no hassle.

Audi A8 DPF fault, engine and gearbox service, discs and pads done. Easy to deal with. Good value, you get what you pay for. Following gearbox service problem with the downshift. Car returned to them, no debating or nonsense. Gearbox re-serviced, software reset and told to run it for 500miles - NO additional charge. Took my car, ran it as advised and gearbox shifting as it should. Nice and smooth. I would recommend B&M and I will use them again. As good as they are I hope it's a while before I see them again.... The guys who work here know their stuff well and are extremely helpful especially for M cars. So to summarise, BMW passed my BMW M4 as fine and couldn’t find a fault with my car after it kept consuming engine oil too often. BMW done the oil consumption test and said it passed, i still wasn’t satisfied. So the dealer i purchased the car from booked me Into B&M to get it thoroughly checked. Within 30 minutes they used their cameras and specialist equipment to inform me that 5/6 valves were gone and turbos were leaking. B&M helped source an engine, changed it over and ensured I incurred as little cost as possible, luckily the engine was paid for by the original dealer. The engine changeover time was also quick regardless of the garage being full of cars. Highly recommend this garage and the people and will be coming to them in future.

I have used main (overpriced) dealers to carry out all service/repair work on my cars over the last 30 years until today. After bad customer service with main Bmw dealer someone in the motor trade recommended I should use B&M Centre. Own a M5 which I care for and look after so I’m picky about who should be working on my car. Dealt with Douglas who is a real car enthusiast and not a mechanic out to make £££. Got fantastic service, saved money and an immaculate valeted car. Will definitely be using these guys in the future for all my service and repairs. 👍👍👍

I’ve been the very happy owner of a used mini for over a year now apart from the great driving experience, the car has been serviced and repaired by B & M Centre, who always go out of their way to provide outstanding Customer satisfaction. Been hunting for a half decent garage for twenty years. x5 went in and was fixed quickly and cheaply with TOTAL honesty throughout. Car even came back with a valet,polish and alloys gleaming. The garage was recommended to myself from a fellow BMW enthusiast. Douglas is a top bloke and is a very honest snd even completed a detailed health report what gives me peace of mind that my car is mechanically sound for many more miles . In previous years I've used the Bmw dealership in Irvine as it was handy for myself for diagnostics and repairs i found them to be very unpersonable in regards to my car it's a great feeling speaking to the person that has carried out the work from start to finish. I knew it was a long journey from Kilmarnock but I'm glad that I made it today as I know now that I will always get the B & M centre to look after my BMW's from now on well done guys !!!

I have a year old Mini that is still under warranty. I wanted to use an independent garage that would service it to Mini standards and update my Mini Digital Service history. B&M were able to do both. The staff were friendly and professional. I will use B&M for my future Mini servicing.

Took my car to these guys after my car threw up a Transmission fault warning and went into limp mode, they got it in the same day for a diagnostic to read the codes and quickly reccomended a gearbox service would be the way ahead. Got it booked in the following week and got the work carried out, cant fault the quality of the work as the car is noticably smoother in the gear changes now and no more faults or limp mode, they even managed to clear a nagging airbag warning light that had been lingering. Very reasonably priced too, I shudder to think what a main BMW dealer would charge. Only negative would be that they had issues sourcing the kit needed for the service (despite it being booked in a week in advance) so the job could not be completed that same day, to their credit they did offer me a courtesy car which I declined as there was no pressing need as I did not need the car until the following evening. The next day I called up to enquire what time it would be ready and I was told it would be done by 4pm, I arrived at 3:30 and was told it was just being finished off. It was 6pm by the time my car was ready. Again to their credit as there had been a delay in the car being ready the owner did offer me the use of his own car so I could go and pick up my daughter on time and come back to get my car. So whilst a little frustrating that there were some delays I cannot fault the customer service, quality of the work or the price, I will definetly be using them again in the future. Took my mini there on Friday for an oil change, new oil filter and micro filters. Douglas was brilliant and very professional. I saved myself £122 by going there instead of a mini dealership. Any future services will be carried out by B & M Centre 😃

I've been using b&m for all my bmw repairs from timing chains to brakes and every job and service has been great called in today at 11am for calipers to be replaced done in a hour or so with short notice and reasonable pricing what more can you ask for. I've also tried other bmw specialist and am sad to say it wasn't a good experience. B&m in my opinion are defo best in the game keep up the good work

I took my BMW 1 series coupe to these guys earlier in the year, for a check up after hearing a scraping noise when driving. I've always been dubious about taking my car into a garage as I'm relatively clueless when it comes to cars, and feel some people could easily take advantage of this. But the mechanics here checked my car over, and assured me it was just a minor problem with the under tray, they even topped up my oil level free of charge, a job I hate doing! I would have no hesitation in recommending the B&M centre, just disappointed that I will now need to find another garage after trading in my BMW for a Mercedes...thanks again for all your help!

Best place in Clydebank for any BMW car repairs or upgrading. Took my 20yr old e46 here for some much needed TLC and the guys were more than helpful. The owner is knowledgeable in all things BM and doesn't make you feel out of place at all. Would rate this place above anywhere else in Clydebank if you've got a BMW. And if you do, then you know you'll be here often 😅.

2006 BMW 325i J13 PHA John Mc Phail 28th November 2017 My car engine had developed a problem that was difficult to identify where the faults were and what was actually causing it due to the complexity of the engine and which was getting worse and worse . I spent 4 weeks trying to find a professional that was confident in undertaking the task until a friend recommended the B&M Centre. I had a fantastic experience and I am delighted with the result, the timeframe of the repairs, the total costs of parts and labour. and the feedback and explanations I was given.
