S. B.I've been a customer here for years. I would give a five stars for their customer service and professionalism. They are a dying breed - a local garage that gives a personal service and go over and beyond to make sure the customer is given a proper and honest estimate of work needed then carry out the work to an excellent standard. No, I'm not their friend or family. This is a genuine review from a customer who would not dream of going elsewhere. Keep up the good work Cummings team.
A. R.The service and professionalism was commendable! I needed a oil and filter change and they efficiently arranged everything. They also had the car cleaned, which Macklin Motors didn't even do for me last time. Could not fault them! Great garage!

They explained everything clearly (I don’t have a clue about cars) and they made me understand the issues that were going on. I would seriously consider the 56 mile round trip to this garage for car problems in the future!

K.What an absolute delight to have taken my car to Cummings Auto , these guys were nothing short of wonderful professional friendly honest and true to their word.They sorted the electrical faults and i had asked them to change the brakes as i had been told by another mechanic that this needed changed immediately , and Angus at Cummings checked it and stated there was no need to change them as they were fine for at least another few thousand miles ,I was so pleased with the guys there .HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIS GARAGE TO EVERYBODY ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHSIDE AND BEYOND.You guys really have raised the bar and reinforced values of honesty and professionalism .Big Cheers to all you guys and max appreciation for the work at a great rate !
r. H.Had to have a new clutch fitted on my 3 year old golf (apparently a faulty part on volkswagen’s part). The guys at the garage were great, had my car up and running in a few days. Provided me with evidence to take back to Volkswagen as a fault like this shouldn’t happen on a 3 year old car..
Can’t fault their customer service. They’ve gained a customer for life!
