DLG Auto recently repaired my car. From the car being picked up and then being delivered the customer service I received was first class. Everyone I dealt with from the Delivery Drivers to the staff I spoke to on the phone were all friendly, helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle's progress. My car was returned on time shining like a new pin inside and out. Would have no hesitation recommending DLG Auto to anyone.

Was contacted within 1 day of putting in my claim. Very professional and courteous on the phone. Car was picked up exactly when agreed. Taken away and returned within 6 days. Wouldn't even know that it had been hit by another care. Car looked great and was all cleaned. Excellent service.

Totally stress free from start to finish, my vehicle was collected from my door and courtesy vehicle dropped off by very polite staff who arrived exactly when they said they would. From start to finish the garage were professional, caring and understanding when my hire car didn't arrive on time to allow me to release my own car. When they said they would be collecting/returning my car they did exactly that. They gave courtesy calls to advise of ETAs. When the car was returned, it was beautifully done and absolutely spotless. This company collected my car, they called me prior to arriving to give me a time. It was taken away to have the back bumper fully repaired. I was called and kept updated throughout whole process and the car was then delivered back to my home address with all the work completed. The entire process of pick-up and return of my car was seamless with good comms at all times and flexibility over times. Updates on the work being carried out were given with estimates (and where needed updates) on estimated return date. My only gripe was relatively wide time window on the day of picking up my car and similar when dropping off my car after repair. I’d have liked a 2 hour slot to have been advised and then I’d have been able to better plan my day
