They were very helpful and professional from start to finish, regularly providing updates on the works and promptly answering any queries that I had. After someone hitting my car in a car park, I got in touch, they outlined all my options to help get my vehicle repaired as quickly and conveniently as possible. Cheryl in particular was nothing but helpful and friendly. Their free courtesy car service is a life saver if it’s not an insurance job, and getting it sorted was a breeze. My car looks immaculate and simply untouched, perfect just about cuts it! Added little extras like a complementary touch up bottle of paint specific to your car really show they go the extra mile. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend G&B!

I was recommended to contact G&B after a disastrous car wash (dont ask! 🙈) and I'm so glad I did. They were so kind and helpful from the first call to the last and kept me fully informed throughout. They repaired significant scratches to the roof and bonnet of my car and it looks brand new again. You would never know that there had been any repainting done, the colour match is absolutely perfect. Back in January 22, after reading the excellent reviews, I contacted G & B accident repair. From the get go Graham was very informative about the options that I had and was very knowledgeable about the industry that they are in. After discussing options, Graham and his team were great help with guiding me through with my insurance claim and made sure I was kept informed about what stage we were at. Unfortunately my insurer were very difficult to work with. Graham again explained my options. After 9 months of waiting (due to my car insurer) I finally had my repair completed. G & B accident repair’s work was excellent and to an exceptional standard. You wouldn’t even know that there was ever any damage. I cannot recommend them enough and in an industry where I feel lacks customer service, these guys buck that trend!

Unfortunately was a involved in a minor bump while parked that resulted in some damage to my bumper. The team at G & B were extremely supportive, providing a quick assessment of the impact damage, a cost, and even added in some additional work at cost (replacement of a wheel arch trim) for some unrelated damage. On top of all this, the work and price included a lease car which I could use until the damage was repaired (left car on Monday and got it back on Wednesday). The team were fantastic and super responsive. They even gave my front seats and foot wells a quick vacuum! Hopefully I don't have cause to use their services anytime soon, but if I do I will be returning to them without hesitation!

I recently bought a vehicle that I suspected after purchase had been in a crash due to some damage uncovered under the rear bumper...I was dealing with a dealer that was being very unhelpful and said it wasn't there problem I spoke with Graham and Cheryl and G and B and they were amazing... Got me booked in and uncovered issued that I never knew even existed and I had bought a vehicle with alot of damage that wasn't visible and very expensive to repair... Went to G&B without an appointment and with a very leaky door on a very very rainy day. The result of the repair were fantastic. The staff (cheryl) the administration girl kept me up to date on everything. And obviously the guys who done the repair were great. Had a fantastic experience with G & B repair with a recent water leak in my car. I had trouble having other garages take on the work but Cheryl was fantastic at moving things around and fitting me in given the urgent nature of the fault. Both Cheryl and Graham were fantastic at communicating the issue, keeping me up to date and had brilliant customer service skills. They dealt with my issue promptly, arranged for a free courtesy car and were professional throughout. Upon picking up my car they had given it a full valet and even left a large bar of chocolate with their business card. Wing mirror needed replaced after accident. G& B repairs quickly came back with a competitive quote, and booked car within a couple of weeks. I was invited to bring car in a few days earlier, so the casing could be pre- painted, and the car would be in for less time. I completely forgot, so was not expecting the car back same day. However, I dropped car off in the morning, and received text to say it was ready at 2.30 that day. The work was completed to a high standard. Car washed and valeted. I was even given a pot of leftover paint for future touch up, and a big bar of chocolate. Which was a very nice touch! Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and professional throughout. All information very well communicated. Would definitely use these guys again, highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault and I was having trouble dealing with the third party's insurance company. I found g&b online and gave them a call I spoke with Graham and from that moment everything went as smooth as it ever could have. They sorted everything out for me they picked car up from my house and arranged for me to speak with innocent drivers who sorted a hire car straight away. They kept me updated throughout the repairs to my car either by email or calling me. I got my car back today and I'm over the moon it looks like new inside and out. I couldn't recommend this garage enough, I felt like they went above and beyond for me! I brought my car in after someone had scraped the side of it at a car park. They were so helpful as I was clueless about the whole process, they had my back when the third party insurance company were being dodgy and liaised with my accident management company. Top notch customer service, I was getting regular updates and could always contact them for advice. The work on my car was carried out to the highest quality and it's a perfect colour match. If you are looking for a business that is timely, professional, and delivers nothing short of excellent high quality work then look no further - I cannot recommend G&B Accident Repair enough. My beloved wee Ford Fiesta was in a crash that resulted in lots of ugly dents and scratches on my door. From first meeting with Graham so he could perform the estimate of the repairs, I knew that my car was in safe hands! Graham explained exactly what the work would entail, and his professionalism and knowledge was evident. I received the estimate within an hour, and once my car was booked in, Graham kept me up to date with everything. Usually I’m a bag of nerves whenever my car is away in for work - however, this time I wasn’t worried at all as I knew my car was in safe hands with a team who knew exactly what they were doing. I collected my car within the time given and I was speechless at how good it looked! You would never have thought it had been in any sort of crash - in fact, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Brian ensured my car was in tip top condition, from providing me with both pre and post repair diagnostic reports, and valeting the car inside and out. Had an issue with water ingress into a VW Tiguan with a panoramic sunroof. Had difficulty finding someone to take the job on. I went to G&B Accident Repair in a panic after someone bashed my car in the night and I needed a repair done ASAP to drive home for new year. I turned up at 2pm 1 day, they rush ordered the part needed there and then, and my car was fixed and ready to go at 1pm the next day!
