Excellent service when my Landrover discovery 4 developed a problem while on holiday in North Wales. The guys there could not have been more helpful. They gave their time to help us out. This is the first time I have used their services, and it won't be the last. I have had my Range Rover Sport serviced at a main dealer for the last 5 years until I heard about Garej Bowydd. I had a problem with the air suspension which Callum and Lee sorted. At the same time I asked them to replace the rear disks and pads which Range Rover had only done 10K ago. They were seized, so the lads stripped and rebuilt them, ( don't think the main agents did that last time) The service from Callum And Lee was outstanding. The garage is so clean well set out. I won't be going any where else in the future. They also don't rip you off for parts or labour charges. Many thanks Callum & Lee

Wipers failed on 2012 Skoda Roomster, far from home. Searched for nearby garage and found Garej Bowydd. Called. "Bring it in at 11 and we should be able to fix it." Drove over. Garej Bowydd was true to its word, and the job was done by early afternoon, at a sensible price. If I lived locally I'd switch to this company for future car servicing and repairs, without hesitation. Added bonus: great advice about mountain walks to be had in the vicinity.

I can't rate Garej Bowydd Garage Ltd highly enough. I have given them 5 starts but for me the garage deserves more. I arrived on holiday in the bleanau ffestiniog area and on my first day ( a Saturday night ) my starter motor had packed in. Stressed and worried my holiday would be ruined I frantically began contacting garages which would potentially be an impossible task as it was a Saturday night. The garage responded to me via email and said they would be able to help. We had more correspondence through the Sunday and they were able to book me in promptly first thing in the morning which I found incredible as I was on holiday and without their help it would of been ruined. My car was dropped off to them at 07.45am and was fixed and back to perfect working order that same morning. The price was reasonable and the work done was spot on. A fantastic, helpful and well priced garage who.deserve all the best with the business. A huge 👍👍👍👍👍 from myself and can't be more grateful and thankful for their professionalism and their correspondence especially as all this was arranged out of the garage's opening hours and during unsociable Hours. We have used this garage since they first open. Great friendly service at excellent competitive prices. Get my tyres from them as well and they match and often beat the prices of the usual high street sources. When we have had a mechanical problem they have quickly come to our assistance. My partner is not particularly mechanical minded but they have always treated her with respect and taken the time to carefully explain what the problem was and how they have corrected it - very rare quality in most male orientated garages and something that must be welcomed. Super service this morning. Would highly recommend this garage. Got a puncture on a very rural farm track. Phoned Garej Bowydd who answered straight away and drove out to my car immediately to collect the wheel and take it back to the garage to fit a new tyre. Then they drove straight back to the car to fit the wheel back on. Very reasonable price and all done and dusted within an hour and a half of calling them. Very polite and helpful friendly staff.

Corsa Black Edition 2013 I booked my car in for a Quantum Remap 03/06/2019. All I can say is what an excellent service the garage provide. Staff were very friendly and it was evident they were ALL more than happy to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers' needs. I was pleasantly surprised with the end result following the remap. The car feels totally different performance wise and I'm already noticing greater MPG.. I highly recommend Garej Bowydd and will definitely use again.

This is one of the best Garages I've ever come across. Lee is an old school amazing mecanic with the knowledge of all modern car technology. He fixed my mini in a blink on an eye when all other Garages far and wide said my car was nothing more than scrap! I can't praise him enough. I was recommended to try this garage because my car has complex and unusual systems . Lee and Callum the owners, have invested time and energy into developing their ( and their staffs) knowledge of diagnostics so that the issues with cars are quickly and accurately identified . There are a number of specialised services on offer, not all of which I understand but which underline the commitment to thorough and effective servicing. I like the straightforward approach and willingness to explain whats happening. The presentation of the business is excellent too, it looks clean, tidy, well equipped. The people working there are equally customer friendly and helpful. The website conveys the image and sector of the market they are targeting. The recognition of their excellence is reflected in the small business of the year award they received. It is one of the few garages that I can say I have confidence in reccommending.

Recently we took a punctured tyre in for repair, good price with a prompt, friendly and helpful service. What also impressed, albeit only a wheel replacement, wheel bolts were lubricated and tightened to BMW torque figures on refitting. When BMW have done this in the past, bolts installed with dry threads, a pneumatic wrench with no exact torque control, 2 months later when the tyre punctured, it was impossible to remove this tyre / wheel at the Roadside using the vehicles toolkit. Thankyou Callum, we shall be back.

A very welcoming garage, it can be quite intimidating for a woman to take her car to a garage full of male technicians but in Garage Bowydd the men there were great didn't feel that at all. Highly experienced and honest, work carried out on my car was fast and wasn't overly priced and my car came back cleaner then what it did when it went in for the work! Lee is an absolute life saver. We were on holiday in Blaenau when our car overheated. The coolant warning light came on. We stopped the car, filled with water (all we had available) and called Bowydd Garage early next morning. Our problem was that we had booked to do the Velocity ZipWire at Zipworld, so Lee lent us a courtesy car, fixed the car, tested the car and explained what had been the problem when we collected it later that day.
