They keep me well informed about what work the car needs doing before they do it and how much it’s going to cost. Prices are fair and work is done as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend them!

N. M.My back indicator wasn’t working and called here and they were so easy and helpful, told me I could come down right away and they would have a look. Thought it might be the bulb but when down there, it was something electrical and they still managed to sorted it there and then and at such a reasonable price. J. S.I rang this garage after pulling off the motorway with smoke coming from the back left wheel. We were pulling a boat up to Loch Fyne for a fishing trip. I phoned Chris who kindly fitted us in to take a look and diagnose he problem. They were very friendly and accommodating and quickly identified and solved the problem, gave us their professional advice and we were quickly on our way again. Would recommend this business.
P. P.Quick and professional service. Was there to have my car fitted with winter tyres. Its a bit difficult to find the place as its behind another garage and google map takes you to the garage on the main street. Nevertheless, highly recommended.

J.Brilliant garage, clutch thingy had went in my gf's fiat 500 and they managed to get it sorted no probs amazing friendly staff Chris the owner I think was great, describing what had happened and how they were going to fix it. Saved us a fortune instead of going to Arnold Clarke who charge ridiculous fees, this is my go to garage I've to get my van serviced soon and will be going here!

M.I had a major issue with my alternator. I booked my car into Gateside garage. Chris the owner was brilliant. After leaving the car , he phoned me if I wanted to see the issue prior to work going ahead. As it was nearby I revisted the garage and Chris raised the car and pointed out the problems. I left the car and the following day received a phone call to say the car was fixed. Chris once again showed me the issue with the old aternator and the reason why this problem arose in the first place. In all my years of driving have I been to either a dealer or independent garage who not just explains but actually shows thed problems before and the rectified job after. I can't recommend Chris & Gateside Garage enough. Fantastic service. I will definitely be using them for MOT and service in the future.
